customer Service answered my request in 5 minutes. I have purchased several MoonPods and they are the most comfortable products I have ever purchased. Used to wake up with a terrible stiff neck until I purchased their pillows. Best sleep - best seating.

My experience with Moonpod.co began…
My experience with Moonpod.co began after Thanksgiving Day and the end of November 2023. The ordering process was a breeze and easy to follow through all aspects of the order. I ordered two of the Moodpod Pillows and they were shipped separately - which wasn't normally a good idea, but based on the costs and quality of the products - I CAN DEFINITELY UNDERSTAND. The first Moonpod Pillow arrived in a matter of about six days and the Pillow is a Dream of comfort.
HOWEVER, the second Pillow didn't arrive as the first one did - but NOT because of the Moonpod people. THE PROBLEM had to do with the way the USPS People's incompetency caused extensive delays.
ON THE BRIGHTER SIDE OF THE PROBLEM - the Moonpod Customer Service Representative (Mark) I ended up dealing with was EXCEPTIONAL and worked with me (and my own personal investigation) to get the problem corrected. I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE - and sadly to say, it is/was rare. Most of the time when an individual deals with any Customer Service Representatives - there is a feeling of total disinterest with the individual's problem and doesn't really care. With Moonpod Customer Service - In My Experience - such is not the case! It is a rare experience to realize there is a company and customer service representatives that really do care and go out of their way to be of assistance and provide caring suggestions to the person's individual problems. MOONPOD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL (MARK) IS REALLY THE EXCEPTION TO THE RULE!!!!

I'm an idiot and ordered the wrong color…
I'm an idiot and ordered the wrong color moon pod. Their customer support got back to me within 24 hours (this was on a Sunday when I placed the bad order) and had it fixed by mid day of business on Monday.
They were very well spoken and easy to work with.

I accidentally verified the wrong address for my shipment and Chris was able to quickly and without hassle update the shipment to the correct address. Absolute great customer service.

Customer service and product

I needed to make a change with my Moon Pod order. I contacted them via email and Cecelia responded quickly to my inquiry. She followed through with my request and resolved the issue quickly and easily. Cecelia was pleasant and helpful and always so kind. Moon Pods has outstanding customer service and Cecelia is a credit to their company.

Definitely had better bean bag chairs. The commercials are just ridiculous. Sorry dude, hardly ‘revolutionary’… this has been done before, we had these chairs back in the 70s… quick fad that ended as quick as it started. Will check back in a few years if you’re still ‘changing the way the world sits’ lol 🙄
