Most useless company i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, supposed to have a kitchen floor fitted for the past TWO YEARS, every single time there's always a different excuse, sad excuse of a company that couldn't solve a jigsaw puzzle between three employees.

I had serious issues after Morgan Sindall's contractors accessed my roof without permission during work on a neighbouring property. They drilled into my roof, causing water leaks, mould, and damage inside my home. Despite repeated contact, they denied responsibility, offered minimal compensation, and ignored evidence from professional roofers. I’ve now escalated the matter to court and police. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company — poor quality control and no accountability.

I would rather score this pathetic company NIL, absolutely disgraceful behaviour, the Complaints manager is a complete ball ache, promises to deal with the problem, promises to call you, what a liar. WHDC are just the same, s complete joke, i, ve now instructed solicitors to deal with these companies 😡

Just writing a review to say Charlie glazing repairs visited my property and done an excellent job very clean and tidy and polite very pleased

Your company is just a big joke,nothing serious on you guys.

Called them to arrange a appointment to come and change a toilet flush handle and the guy on phone said ' available date to come someone after 40 days '!!!
Are you joking for a 2 minutes work just to unscrew and put a new one need to wait that long...

I call for emergency to fix my door. The person I spoke with her name was Shamaela. She help me very quick and very nice, she listened me first and I couldn’t explain the problem she figured out the problem and she told me problem, she was nice and very friendly. Thanks again miss Shamaela x

I could give a long list but doubt i could get it all in one hit. Piss poor service, make arrangements to stay in for their 'repair' team, i even spent over an hour trying to get through on the phone and still no one showed. An absolute shambles of a repair company. I do wonder how they get these long term contracts when i rarely see any positive reviews on here. They obviously do not care about their customers and they should be sacked with immediate effect and banned from getting any contracts anywhere on this planet!!!

I have been waiting since February 19th for you to fix my broken toilet . When you came round you said we needed an asbestos check , this was done on the 11 March . When we contacted you twice you have said you would call us back . The first excuse was you are waiting for the asbestos report to come back , even though the man who did the check said it takes 3-5 days . Today is the 16th April and still no toilet . I cannot believe that it has taken this long to fix a toilet . You should take a long hard look at yourselves and try and fix your reputation as your reviews are absolutely terrible

the worst subcontractor in UK criminal company committed fraud with stak Brickwork after an accident at work they lied on behalf of stak Brickwork to prevent a health and saftey investigation after they permitted faulty scaffolding tower to be used on site . please avoid this company.

This is a awful company, there work is crap, they find any excuse to prolong jobs or not do them at all. Worst organisation every, there is nothing they do well. Absolutely nothing

Poor phome manners. Very late appointments date. I can't understand why council use them. Every time I need to do some repairs, waiting for appointment, may take months.

Need investigating, I have had water getting in from outside for nearly 2 years causing major damage to my walls, they have sent someone to "inspect" it 5 times, same with guttering rotting and collapsing been "inspected" 5 times in last 2 years, each time the person has been out taken pictures and left saying he's not qualified and someone will be in touch then a few months later they call to inspect same job
I'm hoping the council see this and check invoices because nothing has been done In my home so should be no invoice
I have now removed implied right if access to them and hope the council remove the contract

Just came off the phone to Morgan Sindall who again are not turning up. This is the third time for the same job. I was informed that they cannot help it if someone is off sick!! This is making me sick as feel so frustrated with them. Absolutely useless company.

I don't know who let this company work at all. Is there any inspection in this country to check how they work and what they do? Very unprofessional and irresponsible people who don't even have skills nor knowlegde to do their jobs. If you report a repair they come multiple times just to take photo of the problem in your property and then leave. If you call them for emeregency they are lying that someone is on the way to get rid of you and no one ever comes. Even if they do something it is in a rush and unproffesional.

Disgusting behaviour my 84 year old mother who is disabled and housebound was due to have her kitchen cupboard replaced today and at 8.30 in the morning we had a phone call telling us my mum’s appointment has been cancelled till 30th almost 2 weeks away
So now my poor old mum has no kitchen to use for almost 2 weeks
we was told by Morgan Sindall that the kitchen needs to be empty so everything was moved out yesterday and now my mum can’t use the kitchen absolutely disgusting leaving a 84 year old vulnerable lady with no kitchen to use for 10 days
Morgan sindall didnt even offer to send someone round to help her put the stuff back they were told on the phone when they cancelled my mum is a 84 year old vulnerable person all we got was sorry but sorry is not good enough absolutely disgusting company
I will be contacting Welwyn and Hatfield council and putting in a complaint

Fitted kitchen and bathroom non-stop problems since last year toilet keeps leaking.

I have in my time hired myself out to many large good construction firms ..Morgan sindal are not on my list ..off hired a week before Xmas ..given notice Sunday evening ..I'm livid if I was told Friday I could have acquired other work ..they also make agency operatives sign up to umbrella companies it looks good on paper you are employed but not ..you have no holiday pay or sick pay you also pay personal national NI and Employers NI ....and dismissed on a whim ..avoid this company ..also HSE when it suits ..

I used to work for morgan sindal and I can tell they are rubbish I've seen engineers working on site who does not know what they are doing unskilled workers embarrassing I feel ashamed that I worked for them in very short period of time.

To be totally honest the call centre don't give crap about the tenant's I feel for you people I do the supervisors at sindal should be sacked can't do there job they don't care about there engineers at all all you get is abuse from staff.

To all tenant's who as to put up with morgan sindal I feel for and you guy's should complain take it higher to the MPS ombudsman go all they way don't let them get away with it.

You guy's pay your rent so you are entitled to get things fixed in the property the thing is when we had monthly meetings at morgan sindall with supervisors they say REPAIR REPAIR REPAIR basically they are fobbing you of this is the reason I left morgan sindall in basildon totally wrong how they go about things there is so much I can say will not put here I will wait until I have meetings with the NEWS papers as I have everything recorded on my mobile phone
