Hands down the best looking and functional headlights on the market. I replaced my OEM RAM projectors with the new XB EVO. With the off road controller.

Had an issue where I received a defective headlight with my first order (lense molding had a defect that caused a hole and filled with rain water). When back and forth with customer service was a bit frustrated that I needed to send my lights in first for a replacement but bit the bullet and within 10 days had new ones at my front door.

I’ve been apart of a company launching new products and these headaches come up with manufacturers. The customer service team did take care of me with dang near instant responses. It may have not been how I wanted but it got handled quickly. I have a bad ass pair of lights now and I genuinely can’t wait for the sun to set so I can light up these Texas roads.

Got the 3rd gen toyota tacoma tail lights ... Definitely the best looking taillight on the market!!! Quality is identical to OEM .
After 4 years one of the taillight broke not sure how that happened... they replaced both side of the taillight and sent me a new set for free i didnt even have to pay shipping!!!! Definitely best customer service!!

first pair of headlights had a defective high beam. tested the low beams at night which were dimmer than the factory tacoma lights I was replacing. days later I was driving in the rain and literally could not see the road. I was sent replacement drivers (the super charged ones which are not street legal because "we don't actually have a SKU for the standard drivers". turns out these are necessary due to the low output of the standard drivers), when installed the high beam still did not function and now the other headlight only had 1 bulb lit in its low beams. requested replacements and was mailed headlights for the wrong vehicle before getting the correct ones mailed. these ones worked but I had to pay another $400 at the auto shop to remedy this situation. what they don't tell you is that the headlights are wired such that you can never turn the DRLS off which is wild...I'll never again be able to have my truck completely dark. on top of this, due to the way they're wired into the fusebox, when my trucks computer turns on and does it's thing in the middle of the day or night, all of my headlights turn on and stay on for however long this process takes (5-10 minutes). so at any given moment wherever you're parked, your truck will light up like a Christmas tree and stay lit for 10 minutes which could be problematic based on where you're parked. overall I feel like I was lied to via not providing all these details behorehand and also made to incur hundreds of dollars in additional costs due to their faulty product. the headlights were disappointingly dim and now I'm running illegalI drivers just so I can see at night. I will never purchase another product and wish I could undo this purchase. Overall a truly terrible experience.

I've been eyeing these light upgrades for my 2016 superduty for awhile and I finally bought the whole set. Major upgrade and gives a newer look and superb performance. So far so good.
Pricey but worth it.

The headlights for my 2015 F350 are just fantastic. The brightness and area coverage are unmatch. My 4 star review is for buying them 1 day prior to the 10% off tax day sale and not being able to receive it, even though the lights had not shipped.

I have had more problems with their products than I haven't. 4 warranty claims in a year and I could warranty more but I'm just done having to replace lights on this truck annually because they're not made with longevity in mind. Are they bright? Yes, do they look good? Yes, do they last? No. Is it annoying to deal with warranty claims annually? Yes.

Overall I feel like morimoto is trying to do better in their newer designed stuff but some of the legacy products are just hot garbage and I'm not going to pretend they aren't, update them or stop selling them because they're hurting the reputation you're trying to change. The various Gen 1 raptor lights they offer for example (headlights excluded) are not worth the money due to fitment or longevity issues. I've had issues like Clear coat failing/rubber grommets are cracked within a year of install, parts are on back order for 6 months, tail lights stick out .5-.75" beyond the body. At this point I can only recommend the headlights and even those have been problematic with the cheap plugs on the driver's coming undone and causing a headlight to go out. I want to like you guys, I want to recommend you guys but I just can't. Hopefully you continue to improve, there's potential here for a great company and a great product.

The lights are super bright but paying almost 900$ and the light beam Not being adjusted before hand is ridiculous and completely pointless why am I paying so much for a product that isn’t coming out of the box completely prepared for use smh..

I had a warranty issue with some headlamps and the team at Morimoto Lighting were great. They were able to set me up with shipping a new set out and processed my claim quickly.

The parts are excellent. I've used their lights on two generations of Wranglers and they've been flawless. The quality of the wiring harness, the beam patterns, and their durability are top tier. I once dropped a 1banger on the road by accident, which got picked up by a snow plow and deposited in a burm at the bottom of the neighborhood. It survived with only a few scratches.

My initial order was received fast and in great condition. After some time I had issues with my taillights but thanks to Morimoto’s warranty, I was able to get fast help and get my problem resolved.

Recently had to file a warranty claim for set of fog lights that failed, and the following customer service I received was outstanding. I dealt with an individual named Dante, and they were prompt, attentive, and overall incredibly helpful on the topic. New lights shipped very quickly. When I went to return the failed parts to Morimoto, there was an error with part of the shipping label so the package was rejected by the post office. I told Dante (no fault of his own) about this issue and it was resolved within hours. A correct shipping label was sent to me via email and I was able to send off the return without issue. Very refreshing to have customer service that actually cares.
