We’re sorry you feel we did not meet your expectations. When you did cancel your policy on 18.03.2026, we can see the agent did explain to you the breakdown for the fees and charges, and that the outstanding balance would be available on your portal. A reminder was sent via email on 26.03.2026 that there was an outstanding amount. Looking at the portal for CRS, we can see they have received the outstanding amount.

Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with, hidden charges and zero flexibility. Passed a debt to collection agency one week after I cancelled my policy and did not let me know.

We can see that you did cancel your policy, and notification was sent out via email on 23.03.2026 as your preferred method of delivery to confirm that the policy was cancelled and that there was an outstanding balance. We can see that the email was opened on the same day. A follow up email was sent and opened on 31.03.2026, which is when you contacted us. Thanks for making the payment, and I can confirm that the balance is no longer outstanding.

Robbers normally wear masks
I was charged over £75 to cancel a £120 policy less than a month into the policy. Didn't send me an email to tell me, just sent me a general notification email. They then wanted to charge me another £25 for not paying it on time, again the reminder was just a gerneal notification email. No phone number to speak to anybody, all done with live chat. Wouldn't like to use them for a claim if this is how good they are cancelling a simple policy.

An email was sent out confirming the outstanding balance on 13.03.2026, which we can see that you opened. A further reminder was sent on 23.03.2026, which you opened and contacted us about. we can see that the outstanding balance was paid, thank you. I can confirm that there is no further outstanding amount on the policy.

Motorcycle Direct came out the cheapest…
Motorcycle Direct came out the cheapest for me, I am UK but for reasons related to my work I had to change my UK licence for a EU licence and need to keep it as EU. Many insurers charge extortionate premiums for UK riders on EU licence so it was nice to get a fair quote. I did need to contact support and it was hard to find a support phone number.. but then they were great.
