You are accessible. I asked a question about insurance tax on Jersey policies because your web site said it was included. The person I spoke to took time to check and respond to reassure me it is not charged on Jersey policies. You may want to look at wording on your site but I thought the service was good. I would like to say though that whilst you mail a windscreen insurance disc to Jersey, a temporary one to print out within the online documents would be appreciated

This company are really quick to answer the phone when you are buying insurance. Just try cancelling it. As I write, I have been waiting on the phone for over 40 minutes.

Furthermore, when I changed my son's bike insurance to his new bike the price was absolutely off the scale. A quick check on CompareTheMarket found a price around £1500 a year cheaper.

I can understand a two or three hundred pounds or so difference, but £1500!? That's extortionate and, to my mind, beyond justification.
