I ordered a quad bike for my sons…
I ordered a quad bike for my sons birthday and upon receiving the bike in time the brake cable had snapped after several emails sent they finally replied and said they would send another one out almost two weeks later and several more emails being sent the replacement cable turned up All the delays meant my son couldn't use his quad bike on his birthday or for a few weeks after which he was completely gutted and upset about the company did say they would refund the delivery charge as a way off an apology but I have not received such refund and have sent countless emails regarding it to just be ignored and not even get a reply I just hope there are no more problems with the quad bike as these people do t reply to emails or stick to what they say definitely would not reccomend

The product is great! Easy to assemble, and all the tools required.
I got my son the 50cc Mini Dirt Bike KXD01 PRO - he is a tall 6 year old and the bike is a good fit for him.
Looks really good.
Only issue I had with the service was a late delivery, originally they said it would be here within a week, it did take nearly 2 weeks to arrive but I got a text apologising for the delay.
Only thing I really had an issue with was a delay in communication- but that seems to be normal for even large companies at the moment with covid so I do understand.
Thanks for the service I will be returning!

The bike itself is brilliant, the only problem I have found is the wiring is wrong when it's turned on its actually off and vice versa other than that no problem great service and good bike

Seen the negative reviews and i'll admit was abit worried. Thought id give it a chance, ordered on Sunday, arrived Thursday, always replied to emails within 24 hours. Had a text with tracking info and time. Bikes brilliant the boy loves it, overall very happy.

I ordered a 140cc pit bike and a 50cc mini quad and it’s been 2 week and not heard anything not even a tracking number so not sure when they will come if u don’t hear owt in the next 2 week I will be trying to cancel them cause they are ment to be for Christmas.. joke really I wouldn’t recommend

They have delivered the bike today and they have sent a 125cc instead of a 140cc which I originally ordered I’ve had the bike built and found out after, the bike as come with damaged paint work down to steel

This is tricky to write as I still have…
This is tricky to write as I still have not received the bike, nor have I had any communications from the company other than 2 requests to write a review.
I have sent 2 emails asking for a delivery update and no response! From a customer service point of view I have so far received nothing.. hence my 1star review. I wait in hope to revive my review having actually received my daughters bike……
