Zoe was absolutely amazing.
After wires being cut several times she made it so it's completely protected with metal casing and ensured no cable is visible.

Had Stefan come out to do the installation.
Arrived within the first hour of the 5 hour slot & the installation was quick. Really friendly guy!

Installation went smoothly from start to finish,nice quick and easy.
Engineer Stefan was top specialist and knew exactly where drill hole and setup box was nicely placed on the wall.Superb job.

James was friendly, quick and efficient. I now have a happy household now this has been sorted, thank you ☺️

Wanting to change providers as our signal unreliable. Sales man was very informative. Everything done for me, appointment, cancellation from other provider, banking. Router arrived day before installation. Engineers arrived at agreed time. Cabling fitted side of drive, couldn't tell where they had dug up. Engineer inside, very polite, tidy and removed old equipment off the wall. All done within the hour. Not noticed a lot of difference in speed as it was same as other Internet, but so far so good.
Would recommend them if people asked.

A great initial experience with squirrel. Installation engineer James , on time , efficient , polite and informative.
Router arrives tomorrow and still have Internet until full switch over so zero loss of Internet.
Hopefully better speeds and at over half the price of KCON so happy I made the switch.

We had Stefan come and fit all of our WiFi boxes, etc. he was absolutely great answered any and all questions we had while working very quickly and efficiently. Had the WiFi for around a week now and it is superb and brilliantly priced.

I think very highly of MS3 and believe the service they are offering is brilliant and priced perfectly compared to competitors.

Shane carried out the installation today, gave me a call before hand to see if I was available a bit earlier in the day due to schedule changes; this was ideal for me. Shane was a very nice and pleasant chap. He was neat and tidy with his workmanship. Please acknowledge his professional demeanour and ensure he is recognised for this. 5 stars from me :)
