My engineer was Stefan and he did a great and speedy service was super helpful

Delayed by a day but they came the next morning first thing and was up and running quickly.

Josh, Jack, and Rio came to install my cabling etc in readiness for receiving our new Squirrel router tomorrow. They were very professional in their approach, very courteous, and were great ambassadors for your company. They answered all of my questions, and made a real fuss of my pet Staffy who became firm friends with the lads in about one minute!!! Well done lads, keep doing what you’re doing!

Stefan was very friendly and worked quick to get the installation done. He quickly solved a problem from the previous tenant damaging the wiring and fixed it fast.

It was a pleasure to meet the MS3 engineer Stefan today .. he was on time very knowledgeable and had a lot of respect for my property making sure everything was clean and tidy before he left.. he’s a real asset to the company

Great service , installation engineers were efficient and respectfull of myself and property .Had issueon 1st installation attempt due to stuck pipping. Resolved in a week and 2nd attempt went smoothly .
Had connection problem which was swiftly sorted by ,fault illiminate Zoe , who was excellent, within a half an hour.
Also thanks to Jack who handled the process from start to finish and set up my internet

The engineers on-site were very courteous and helpful but whoever was responsible for completing the changeover from MS3 to Squirrel did not do their job properly as we were without broadband for well over 24 hours across two days. As our telephone system is VOIP, this meant our means of communication, as well as vital software, was out of action for way too long. It was only because the engineer checked back and advised me that I might need to ring Squirrel to get switched on that we finally got sorted. Nobody advised this prior to the changeover starting; I just assumed everything would be sorted between MS3 and Squirrel.

Zoe was fast, friendly, capable and efficient.

Everything was supposed to be sorted on the Friday and had nothing but messing around . Was eventually sorted the following Tuesday

Installation done very soon after request was made, the technician called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm he was on the way. He listened to my preferences regarding the siting of the equipment and did his best to accommodate me within the restrictions he had to work with.

Today instalation didn't go as expected at first but after speaking to the supervisor things looked up for me . The guys Joey, Liam and Stefan bent over backwards and installed to my needs . They had to bring a MEWP (an ariel type platform ) to complete my instalation .
From fitting boxes to clipping wires it was all done to a high standard .
Nothing was too much trouble ,even the sales person Jack from the initial setup has been outstanding . I would definitely recommend.
