Ordered correspondence cards by telephone. Requested delayed delivery as I was going away for a few days. Good quality cards, exactly as ordered and posted out on the date requested. Will re-order in due course. Can recommend.

I ordered some personalised colouring and lead pencils for my son’s first day back at school and couldn’t be happier. The pencils are excellent quality and look really smart – he was so excited to take them in. What really stood out though was the customer service. Unfortunately, the first parcel was lost in the post (through no fault of the supplier, more down to Royal Mail), but as soon as I reached out, a replacement was sent straight away free of charge. The new set arrived in time for school starting, which meant so much. Brilliant customer service and a lovely product – highly recommended!

The named crayons were beautifully presented and were much appreciated by our grandchildren, thank you.

Excellent service. Quick delivery time. The personalised dark pink rag doll is beautifully made. Perfect size for 1 year old granddaughter who absolutely loves it. The name is beautifully embroidered on it too. Would definately recommend.

I bought spacebot 3000 . Extremely poor product with poor quality and cheaply made, it's impossible to unscrew it, doesn't do what it say cant fire disc from mouth stop working within seconds. Not worth the money at all

The reason for my mid star rating is due to the delivery issues! Paid for next day delivery, but due to the terrible service from Parcel force I won’t buy from here again unless they change the delivery service they use!

Good Quality items, arrived promptly

I ordered two gift wrapped presents - one sent directly to the recipient, and one sent to me.

I’m unsure of the quality of the product as it’s wrapped up, but I was surprised by the poor presentation of the gift wrapping/personalised message and the inclusion of a sales catalogue which seems a bit bad taste when sent to someone as a gift.

Had I known this is what the experience would’ve been like, I would not have paid extra for gift wrapping - and done it myself. Disappointing.

Very impressed with this company who not only fulfilled my order for a personalised child’s hairbrush beautifully, but also somehow managed to get it to me (at my request in order for it to return to Australia with my granddaughter) in one week rather than two which they usually have to allow for the hand-painting, drying etc. Very efficient and rapid responses from Customer Services. A pleasure to deal with and delightful products.

I was absolutely thrilled with the service I got from Mulberry Bush. I ordered a remote controlled dinosaur for my grandson who lives in Berwick upon Tweed and stupidly didn’t change the delivery address! I live in Cornwall!
I quickly emailed Mulberry to ask if they could change the delivery address and they did! I got an email back from Tania confirming she’d changed the address and it arrived in time for his birthday!!

This was specially selected for the delivery date on the 23rd May for my grandson's 5th Birthday .Order Number: 473222. When he got home from school I told him the parcel was on the way !! As i was messaged , It still hasn't arrived . How disappointed we are . I paid and ordered in plentey of time so it would arrive for the birthday tea party. At 7 15 am you sent a message saying it was out for delivery So I won't recommend you and won't use your site agin . I do hope the present eventually arrives . 9.30 pm still no sign . Urusla Walsh

Wow… ordered today and have received notification that my delivery is tomorrow!!! I’m sure it will be delivered but even if it isn’t I’m impressed. I feel fully informed.

I ordered some toys for my baby grandson. Communication from Mulberry Bush was excellent. Unfortunately Royal Mail lost my package at their sorting office. I contacted Mulberry Bush and they sorted everything out and had another package delivered in plenty of time for my grandson’s birthday.

Item not suitable on arrival for for grandchild really not as good as advertised colour of item doesn’t help as it’s chosen at random not worth the risk , looking at returning but advised if item doesn’t arrive back to seller return wouldn’t take place… rubbish definitely will not shop again with mulberry bush
