So pleased with the surprise package I got for my granddaughter.

We had a duplicated Christmas gift for a grand daughter but had mislaid all the paperwork save for a PDF receipt. On contacting Mulberry Bush there was no hesitation in providing for a return and exchange which took place quickly

Just has my order delivered last week. Excellent quality and the colours match perfectly. Will definitely be back to order again.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful. After an initial misunderstanding, which was completely my fault, she accepted my order and it arrived very promptly. As a little old lady, it is necessary to be able to speak to a human being sometimes when you need help with an order. On line orders are all very well until you need help. Having the telephone number of the Company available was a big bonus for me.

So many wonderful age appropriate toys for a range of ages - I have been being from Mulberry Bush for a number of years now. Whilst the price may not always be the cheapest, I really like buying from a small business that thoughtfully curates its products.

This company uses Parcelforce to deliver who text me to say they would deliver between 12 and 1 pm on 20 /11/24. If I was unable to make that time I was given options . I was back in the house at 11.50 only to find out that Parcelforce tried to deliver at 11.40 . What is the point in giving you a narrow time frame and not complying with it? This is bad business practice. Surely it would be better for the courier to give a larger time frame if there is a possibility of them being earlier ?
I shall not use Mulberry again as you don’t use a reliable courier. I went out of my way to be back in time to receive the parcel.I received a parcel from Small Kins in Northern Ireland today which was sent using Royal Mail far more efficiently and quicker also.
