My Baby Stroller is a family run, Birmingham based business. selling prams, pushchairs, strollers, travel systems, double strollers, nursery furniture, clothes, toys and much more. We want to make shopping for baby products easier. Becoming a parent can be overwhelming, with so many options available, it can be hard to know what you need and you can end up spending too much money on the wrong things. Having recently welcomed a new addition to our own family, we felt that there wasn’t enough support in purchasing decisions and often felt like we were in the dark, spending too much money and wasting time scrolling through online shopping pages. Information that’s available to new or soon to be parents is so vast and confusing it can be difficult to know what to do. Our mission is to provide a place to purchase the essential baby products with your eyes open. Beyond that, we want to bring the community together and support new parents through one of the craziest times of their lives.

Just stop by! You won’t regret it!

My husband and I are expecting a little one in December and know almost nothing when it comes to the “big” things we need for baby. When we came into the store we were greeted with the warmest welcome and were given a tour of only the type of strollers/prams we were interested in looking at - no sly sales pitch or feeling pressured to buy something, just the help that two soon-to-be parents needed! I keep telling my friends that we had the best experience and how much I love that this is a small, family-owned business! I would highly recommend you stop by this sweet store.

My favourite shop there is, I have had an uppababy minu duo and the bugaboo stardust off my baby stroller and they are brilliant.
Laura and her partner or husband (apologies for not knowing Laura 🙈🤣) are the owners and they are such amazing people who will to above and beyond to help source what you need, Ive also had all extras from them for my prams!
Onto the next order soon, will be a customer for a long time ❤️ highly recommend

Excellent service

We had an issue with the pram that we bought last year, so we had to contact the shop straight away. Pram was brought back to the company but unfortunately we were told it can no longer be fixed. Laura was very helpful and offer us a refund or if we have other brands in mind. I asked for a certain stroller and she offered me a very good deal. She was very helpful and understanding all throughout the process. Now we’ve got the new stroller, and I am very satisfied. Shop is highly recommended. 😇

A wonderful bespoke shop offering…

A wonderful bespoke shop offering everything you could want and need for a new baby and up to 6/7 years of age. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful on my recent visit to the shop, in helping me make the right choice for a new stroller, to the point I would not now go anywhere else ! 5 star customer service . Thank you Richard, Penny & Frances, you make an amazing team of outstanding customer service ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. The team gave really helpful advice on which car seat would be best for our needs and offered a genuinely personal service that you just don't get from larger retailers. Delivery was quick and the whole process was easy and hassle-free. It also felt good to buy from real people rather than a giant retailer. Highly recommended!

I have had to use these guys twice for…

I have had to use these guys twice for a warranty issue and both times they were super helpful and resolved my issue in a reasonable time frame. Thanks again and will buy our next stroller from you!

Excellent customer service

Lovely company to deal with, all my emails were responded to really quickly (thank you Richard and Laura). I got an uppa baby minu v2 ex display for an absolute steal! I was so relieved when I found a retailer actually willing to ship to Northern Ireland. Delivery only took 3days and didn’t cost that much extra. Love the pram. Would definitely buy from this company again

Do not order from here!

I ordered a Bugaboo Dragonfly from the website on April 9th where we were informed it would be 3-4 working days delivery! over two weeks later still no buggy. They didn’t even email us to say there was a delay or anything until we called up 24th to ask what was going on.

They told us that they couldn’t fulfill the order and they would have to outsource the buggy from another retailer. We then received the buggy but it didn’t come with the carry cot we ordered so we had to pick that up separately.

I would not recommend My baby stroller to anyone.

I am disappointed to read your review. 

The original delivery window was 7-10 working days as stated on the product page and this was also communicated via email a few days after your order.

We contacted you with updates a few times during this window, and there was a small delay towards the end of this due to a courier issue.

This again was communicated as soon as we were made aware.

As soon as you let us know the urgency of the order, we rectified the issue to ensure that the product was resourced from elsewhere.

Delivery was then attempted the very next day, but unfortunately it was not accepted - and a subsequent attempt resulted in the parcel splitting in transit. Unfortunately, this was not in our control

I hope you can understand that we are a small business and that we do try to go above and beyond for all of our customers and it is disappointing when we read reviews like this. I understand that you were frustrated but we do not reflects us accurately.

Company took payment of £200 for a car…

Company took payment of £200 for a car seat saying they had the item in stock but didn’t send it in 7-10 days and ghosted emails and calls when we chased it, not returning messages. No response to requests for a refund and no updates on despatch.

Hi Ben,

I am disappointed to read your review, occasionally some deliveries are delayed outside of our control.
The delivery window for this was 7-10 working days and this was communicated. Any updates that were communicated after this were done so in the belief this was still the case.

Some "in stock" items are held within the manufacturer warehouse, and shipped directly, such as this one.  The car seat was delivered 4 days over the delivery window and you were also compensated with a £50 free gift for this inconvenience.

Any "ghosting" was not intentional - whilst responses may not always immediate, updates were provided throughout, and we always do our best to keep customers informed.

I hope you can understand we are a small business and we treat all our customers with the upmost concern and urgency.

It was a lovely experience

It was a lovely experience. The staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming. The prices are very good also, cheaper than most retail prices. Would recommend to anyone looking for strollers and other things that come with it!

Lovely business run by lovely people

Second time we’ve had car seats from Mybabystroller. Always an excellent service and everyone is so helpful and lovely. The first time we brought our son in his infant carrier in search of a new car seat and we were actually told we don’t need one yet. Which I thought was really nice as you don’t get many people running a business letting you leave without spending something.
I knew then I was coming back when it was time for a new seat and we’ve just had our second Avionaut Stardust from this place delivered today. From coming into th store to having it delivered there has always been clear communication so thank you so much to you all!x

One of the cutest baby shop I ever visited. People at the shop are so friendly and patient enough to explain the products and their pros and cons. Highly recommended.

It’s a great local business. The prices are competitive with the big shops, but we got a much better service ordering all of our big purchases from here.
