Fantastic independent business. Beautiful shop. Staff very helpful in helping me find the right car seat for the isofix base we already had. Also ordered me in a replacement mattress for our cot on request. Gave me an excellent price on a sling too! Would highly recommend and will be shopping there again!

Excellent customer service. We urgently required a pram due to unplanned hospital discharge. This company sent me email videos of pram required and even opened on a usual closure day before Christmas. Outstanding service, they even sent gift for baby. Cannot recommend more, excellent quality pram too

I had very good service from My Baby Stroller. I had used the shop before and like the friendly and helpful atmosphere. My 2 year old granddaughter had grown out of her baby car seat in my car. I was looking for a toddler car seat similar to the one in her parents’ car. I found the range of choice online confusing so it was helpful to get the advice at My Baby Stroller. The seat I chose was on offer - Black Friday deal. I had great personal service from Richard at the shop with my old car seat removed and the new seat fitted. It’s a really good car seat and my granddaughter finds it safe and comfortable. I would recommend this shop for buying children’s products.

Ordered a baby jogger raincover. Arrived before estimated date. Excellent communication from store as it was being dispatched directly from the supplier, which meant they didn't have a tracking number at time of dispatch. Would definitely purchase from here again.

I am a first time mum and overwhelmed with all the baby things out there. I saw My Baby Stroller on instagram and immediately went to their website. I was really interested on what they have. Me and my husband went to their shop and ended up buying our pram there. They were really helpful and patient with us letting us try couple of prams to have a feel of it. On top of that I got some discount too. I have recommended this shop to my colleagues as well.

Very poor communication on an online order. Lots of chasing required and took 3 weeks despite website saying 3-6 working days delivery and 2 in stock.

Was made aware 7 days after ordering that there was a delay supplier-side, but then poor communication from that point onwards.

They sent next day delivery when the product arrived with My Baby Stroller, which was ok but also meant we had less than 24 hours notice to rearrange our days to be home for the large delivery of a travel system.

I had a great experience purchasing my pram from my baby stroller. The staff were very friendly and offer a very personalised service. They are also very knowledgeable and able to give great support and advice.

Customer service is rubbish. They dont respond to emails or phone messages.

The staff are incredible (particularly Laura) and went above and beyond during the purchase of my travel system. There was a minor issue with a mix up with the delivery company. One member of staff at MBS answered the phone and answered my query when she really should have been packing up and going home, and another sent me an email when she had just got back from holidays to reassure me my items had been sent out by them and would be with me the following day. Honestly rarely had better customer service from any company.
