Bobby was very helpful and diligent in designing our wardrobes. He listened to what we wanted, and was flexible with suggestions to match. We're looking forward to them being installed.

It’s also wonderful to hear such positive comments about your fitter. We’re delighted that you found him polite, courteous, tidy, and that the installation was completed to such a high standard.
We do appreciate your comments regarding the packaging removal. We understand how this could have been disappointing if expectations were not made fully clear beforehand, and your feedback is very helpful as we continue to improve our customer communication throughout the process.

My Fitted Wardrobes
The wardrobe fitter, Andy, did an excellent job in fitting the units. He was professional and pleasant throughout the time he was with us. He explained why he couldn’t fit the 2 drawer shoe unit at the bottom of the full length unit.
It would have meant that we couldn’t reach the hanging rail and discounted his fitting price accordingly and said he would arrange for the company to reimburse us for the drawer, as he was only able to fit one because of the restriction on reaching the hanging rail if he fitted two. His workmanship was perfect. Andrew Davies who designed the room also did a great job and the set up of our newly created dressing room was exactly what we wanted within the budget we had.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with our customer service and the lack of response to your email—that’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Your comments regarding the unused panels and the difficulty in getting a reply are concerning, and we will be looking into this as a matter of priority.
I’m pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the wardrobes and the fitter’s work, but it’s clear that the overall experience has fallen short, and for that we sincerely apologise.

Great job from first contact to install
Found the firm and all people we spoke to through the process friendly, professional and not pushy. Andrew guided us through options and outline designs till we were happy. Obviously trying to get our signature but at no time did we feel pressure to do so. Karl did a thorough follow up and measure while Andy the joiner did a great job in fitting and went the extra mile on making sure we were happy. Communications and process were excellent throughout. Can’t really fault any of it. We are happy customers and would recommend to our friends. Admittedly we are only a week in so cannot comment on longevity but the 10-year warranty is reassurance in that regard.

The fitter Kevin was fantastic but sales person had own agenda.
The fitter Kevin was fantastic. He worked like a Trojan.
Malcolm, however, didn’t listen to what I actually wanted. He had his own ideas and agenda. Pleasant enough guy but I feel there was a lot of falseness about him. He asked for a small deposit as I had to draw money from a building society. He took my credit card details saying he would take £500.00
He actually took £2500. When challenged he came up with some bull about if they delivered the furniture and I hadn’t paid then they couldn’t come into my house and claim it back I was anxious about them coming in as I was not getting what I actually wanted

We are very pleased to hear that Kevin made such a positive impression and that you were happy with the effort and workmanship he brought to the installation.
At the same time, we are very sorry to hear about your experience during the earlier stages of the process. It is clearly concerning to read that you felt your preferences were not fully listened to, and that the deposit taken was not what you were expecting. We understand how unsettling that must have felt, particularly when you were already anxious about whether the final design reflected what you wanted.
We take comments like this very seriously.
We will investigate the issues you have raised regarding payment, as well as the concerns around communication during the design stage, as clear communication and transparency are extremely important to
us throughout every step of the process.

A sterling job from consultation to fitting.
I am absolutely thrilled with my new fitted wardrobes. From start to finish, the team did a sterling job.
The process began with Bobby, who provided a fantastic initial consultation, followed by Suf, the surveyor who was incredibly helpful in accommodating a last-minute design change. Finally, Matt, the fitter, did a cracking job with the installation, his attention to detail is evident. And finally, a huge thanks to the coordination team for the smooth scheduling and the ease of payment through their digital links.
What really blew me away was the value. I had a quote from another company for the exact same design and materials, yet this team came in at half the price. To get this level of quality while saving 50% is rare - I couldn't be happier.
If you’re looking for high-quality wardrobes and a professional team, look no further.

Great advice, options and reassurance from the start - thank you Hayley!
We thought we’d leave a review already, regarding our fantastic experience so far with ‘My Fitted Bedroom’. Hayley visited us on a Saturday, which was really convenient, and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and an excellent listener. The process so far has been so reassuring for something I was a little wary of - we’ve never had a bedroom designed before! From the point of me ringing to arrange a visit, everyone involved literally ‘delivers’ what and when they say they will - I’ve received calls when promised, and Hayley has sent quickly, really good plans, drawings and costings. We’re looking forward to meeting the surveyor soon (all within a week!). It goes
without saying that we’re looking forward to our new bedroom!

Everything went to plan and on time…
Everything went to plan and on time although I was apprehensive about paying for everything apart for the fitting upfront.
Carpenter did a great job although my biggest gripe was the dust that was everywhere. We didn't interfere with him until he left after the first day so we weren't aware of dust until he left.
We have had Sharps and other wardrobes fitted and on those occasions the carpenters had dust extraction apparatus which leaves very little dust.
When the job was complete the carpenter gave us a job satisfaction questionnaire to fill out in front of him which was very off putting and felt obliged to mark it 10/10 as he was a nice guy an a good fitter.
Overall. Very happy with the wardrobes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very pleased to hear that everything went to plan, ran on time, and that you are very happy with your new wardrobes. It is also lovely to know that our fitter did a great job and left you pleased with the finished result.
We do appreciate your comments regarding the dust created during installation. As with many fitted furniture installations, some dust can be unavoidable during the cutting and fitting process, but we understand completely that this was a frustration for you, particularly when compared with previous experiences you have had. Your feedback is valuable and will be passed on internally as we continue to review how we can improve the installation experience for our customers.
We are also sorry to hear that completing the satisfaction questionnaire in person made you feel uncomfortable. Customer feedback is very important to us, but it should always be given freely and without any sense of pressure, so we appreciate you raising this point.

Ordered some large fitted wardrobes and very impressed with the end product. I was able to get a full spec drafted up for free, the order and delivery was much quicker than expected and the install was top notch. The installer was very knowledgeable and even gave tips on how the wardrobe could be improved at no extra cost. They then stayed until the job was done, really good experience

No choice
Sales man was nice, but the designer was very slow in getting the design done and sent for agreement. We were told that the jewellery drawer could be just a plain drawer, the designer said no. Either a jewellery drawer or no drawer, just a non opening front. I had requested all white , the designer told me that the interior is a grey colour. No choice. By this time we had already paid a £1000. Deposit. So we had to go along with the colours that were not allowed and a compartmented drawer that is of no use for my needs.
The time taken was very slow, the designer took nearly 2 weeks to get the plans sent to us. This was after he wanted to sit in our front room for a couple of hours on the day of his visit to draw up the plans.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet expectations, particularly around the design stage and the time taken to provide your plans.
We appreciate your kind comment about our salesperson, but we are disappointed to hear that there was frustration over the design options discussed. Our aim is always to explain available specifications as clearly as possible from the outset, including any limitations around drawer styles and interior finishes, so we are sorry if this was not communicated in a way that gave you confidence before moving forward.
We are also sorry that the turnaround time for your design felt too slow, especially after your appointment and deposit had already been taken. We understand how frustrating that must have been when you were keen to move things along and finalise your choices.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Feedback like this is important and helps us review how we communicate design options and timescales with greater clarity.

We ordered a wall to wall fitted wardrobe for a second bedroom after being so pleased with our first some years ago. Once again the whole process from first meeting Bobby to agree our requirement, the survey and the fitting was a seamlessly professional and friendly experience.
