Rubbish. I tried to book an appointment for my wife but had to set her up as a dependent first - fair enough. I added her details and it sent a message to her asking that she approved me so I could book the appointment. She approved me. I got a notification from the app saying she had approved me. I logged on to book the appointment and it said that I would have to set her up as a dependent first and that she would then have to approved me! Aaarrgghhh!@!

Responses are in jargon and make no sense. It would appear it's really easy for GP surgeries to ignore a digital number. Forced to use it by GP surgery who will only book appointments this way, then don't respond and then close the the app to further queries. I feel this app and GPs surgeries enforcement to use it is the denial of the first right of the NHS charter which is access. I had to call 111 in the end. This app just seems another obsitcle to healthcare. Shame on you!

Appalling. Opening goes round and round. No information and seems to be a promoter of private health care services. Was coerced into thinking it was a proper NHS app( worryingly seems to be promoted by GP practices,etc)

Would have given zero stars if available. What an absolute joke trying to set this up, there must be some right bell ends working there. How the hell do they expect older people to do all this stupidity, you need a degree in computer studies. Absolute nightmare.

Slow, slow, slow. Never works always spinning and timing out. The covid certificate doesn't work properly either, all letters jumbled.
I'm going to swap to the NHS app.

Ridiculous! Can't even register. My GP practice is refusing to see anybody unless appointments are made through this and I can't even register to get onto this because it won't send a verification email. They took 3 months to reply and closed the contact link, the "copy and paste" solution they told me to use didn't work so I am still unable to use this service.

have spent the best part of a month trying to get this app to work all i get after initial login, is cannot connect to server check your internet connection, there is nothing wrong with my internet and all my other apps are working perfectly it appears this app has not been tested properly and is a waste of time and money

App refusing to recognise I have had my two COVID jabs. GP surgery says nothing they can do. It is a problem with the App.
I have my NHS letter confirmation vaccination status so why does the App keep telling me I am not yet eligible to get my TICKet

Just had a text message from an address using the mygp address - it looked like a scam as I've never seen this address before so checked it on my main computer where I have security set up. Initially it linked through to our local council website but when I went back in through the link it sent me to some Chinese site!

Most frustrating app can,t make sense of it, and nobody knows what to do

The eticket function doesn't work even though I have had my second jab over a month ago now. And the app itself shows that I had them.

Mycorkgp.ie I have been trying to make contact with this practice on Douglas Rd , Cork for my elderly aunt. She has been trying too. Phone never answered and no reply to emails, not even an automatic acknowledgement

Downloaded app, as requested by recorded surgery message. Put in all relevant data, including a face scan. All AOk but cannot access appoint bookings nor Covid GP ticket. Says I have not been vaccinated. Gather the surgery needs to release this info. Back to beginning. This app has not had full testing. A slap dash roll out orchestrated by third rate parties. All in all a complete waste of time and dare I say....MONEY.

Photo disappeared do I delete app and start again.

Garbage. Poorly designed and has lost picture. Can't add new one. Pointless waste of taxes.

Was happy i had my ticket sorted out with my details showing i had both my jabs and photo as well... Was updated today and photo gone and can't load it again... Sent emails and got same answers as other people who have had same problem but still nothing sorted out.. Pull your fingers out and get this problem sorted....

Absolutely Garbage, only got it for the vaccination status ticket it has never worked for me even after many messages to the troubleshooting team the latest thing is it doesn't display my photo and I got the same bog standard reply save yourself a headache and download the official NHS app it does the same job regarding the vaccination status and you can download a paper copy as well I have deleted this app now think it's been a disaster for iplato
