Responsive and helpful service!
Our advisor was Jon and he was really helpful and supportive in helping us get the right price and date. I normally book direct with Celebrity, but would definitely use Jon and the team in future for this. Very quick to respond, clear information, great price achieved - what more could we ask for! The online quote system was also really helpful.

Christmas/New Year Cruise with Azamara
I found a cruise on the Azamara website and asked Ryan Cunningham to send me a quotation for this cruise. This was on a Sunday night and he replied that evening saying he would deal with it the following morning, which was a Bank Holiday. By 10am he replied with a price cheaper than booking direct for the same cabin and by 11am it was all booked and paid for. Fantastic service and price!

Charlotte was very professional, patient and went the extra mile to help us find the right cruise for us. I was very impressed with her, on a Saturday evening going through all the quotes of 5 cruises I had asked her for, I was sure this was after her work shift had finished. When speaking to her she was lovely, very engaging and so easy to talk to. I would recommend Charlotte from My Kind of Cruise to anyone, and I definitely will be getting in touch with her to book all our cruises.

Great booking experience and excellent support
We had a really great experience booking our cruise with My Kind of Cruise. The whole booking process was simple, clear and straightforward, and everything worked smoothly from start to finish.
We were also very happy with the customer support. Our questions were answered quickly and helpfully, and we always felt well looked after. Overall, a very positive experience and we would definitely consider booking with My Kind of Cruise again.

I messed up when booking my cruise
I messed up when booking my cruise, booked it for 2026 rather than 2027. Got on the phone to MKC and got through to Jon who couldn't have been more helpful.
He got on the phone straight away to P&O to explain the situation, as well as his internal teams. After over an hour of him trying to get things sorted, he called me back to say I had been transferred on to the correct cruise at no cost to myself other then difference in cruise fares (which is fair), no admin costs no nothing, actually even a small discount was offered. He couldn't have been more helpful in sorting the situation out. Thanks because I thought I had lost £4k
