Efficient, clear and concise
We contacted My Kind of Cruise whilst we were on a recent voyage with Virgin, wanting to book for 2028, the communication was fast, clear and concise. Whilst we didn't book our original request during the voyage we purchased a MNVV as advised and booked our selected voyage, Jonathan Hill responded quickly to any queries and the booking process was efficient. Will certainly be using them for future cruise bookings.

Great functioning App.
This is my second booking through My Kind of Cruise, and I’d highly recommend them to any experienced cruiser. I couldn’t find what I was looking for on their website, even though it was available directly through MSC, but one quick message on the live chat and the quote was sorted and booked. By far one of the best cruise-booking websites I’ve used!

Unhappy with customer service and booking process
Very unhappy with customer service after booking a process. An error on the website offering onboard credit and this has not been honoured. Difficult to get a response from the agent Ryan after booking and I have not been provided with a working complaints email address as of yet. Continuing to pursue this but couldn't be a worse experience to open with as a first booking.

Massive help with our big awkward booking!
Sabina has been great helping us out with a big family booking with 5 cabins with varied requests! A great cruise travel consultant
Ryan our cruise travel consultant was so very helpful. He went out of his way to keep in contact throughout the booking process and nothing seemed too much to ask. It was good to have a travel consultant on the end of the phone and a text message away, especially as people who have not cruised before and who needed our hands held in the booking process. Good price, good customer service and good advice given.

I honestly can’t recommend Jon enough! He made the whole process so much easier and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to find me the best deal, explained absolutely everything so clearly and answered every single question I had. He was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout, and even while he was on a cruise himself, he still spent so much time talking everything through with me. Such amazing service and I’m so grateful for all his help!
