Missing items & poor service
Missing items. Told their live chat who said they should be there. Told them they weren’t. Agreed to refund (got this in writing) and would take 5 working days. Still nothing 10 days later. Contacted again and said refund hadn’t even been processed yet. Have to wait another 5 days. Went back to ordering after a long break and still making all the same mistakes, this company will never learn!

Natural Instinct, excellent complete raw dog food.
Natural Instinct has great web site which is very easy to use. Communication and delivery are excellent. Food always arrives in perfect condition, extremely well wrapped and protected. Most importantly, my little dog loves the food so I am happy.

Unfortunately my dog doesn’t like the food and she is a very greedy dog.
My partner’s Labrador also turned it down.
I was recommended the food by my vet so placed a rather large order.

Easy ordering and quick delivery
Usually purchase from a local farm shop but quite often the products are out of stock, so decided to try direct delivery. Easy to order, everything in stock and delivery within 2 days with tracking info provided. Will continue to go this route now.
