The food and ethos is great. My dogs are happy. Unfortunately, the delivery driver doesn't follow instruction. So they've lost a star.

Online pricing confusing.
Quick delivery Great selection of dog food on line not in shops anymore. But can't get use to system online get 8 boxes save order another 6 ave prices go sky high. I dont usually irder food online

My first observation is Naturaw is not the cheapest, however their products are top notch and my dogs thrive on them, not much more to say really, if it’s right for my three it’s right by me, thank you 🙏 🐶🐶🐶

Food quality and service have really gone down. The food arrived defrosted, this has happened with the last 3 deliveries. When I pointed that out on the last one, they said it could be refrozen - we don’t do that with human food why a dogs. Now back to PaleoRidge - slightly more expensive but much better quality and theirs was frozen when it arrived.

I have used Naturaw for both of my dogs and I'm really impressed with the quality of food and the excellent customer care and service. This is by far the best food I have given to my dogs, both of which have been fussy huskies! I will definitely be using Naturaw again for my next dog companion.

Naturaw has a brilliant choice of proteins ensuring my dogs never get bored. The quality is excellent. I have a subscription so easy to manage and ensures my freezer is never empty

Notified me when the Turkey came back in stock which was helpful. Delivered very quickly top layer slightly thawed though so may need extra insulation. More single protein choices would be helpful…such as goose, pheasant, quail, rabbit, goat in order to rotate as per raw feeding requirements

Absolutely brilliant company! They use the best ingredients and their delivery times are always fast. Abbie in Customer Services always responds to me in a timely manner and is exceptionally helpful whenever I have any questions. Their subscription service is the best I've come across - there are always little perks and rewards! So not only do the dogs get exceptional food, but I also receive something exciting as the months go by. There are so many recipes to choose from too, as well as Complete options, which is great for me who was new to raw feeding.

Absolutely love this company. Branding on point. Customer service any questions answered with an hour or so via email. Quick delivery. I don't mind paying more for high well fair grass fed animals. It has a good subscription benefit scene that helps for loyalty. My dog likes it. I just wish they did a lamb tripe single protein recipe because my doggy is allergic to beef. Will stay with them as long as my dog eats it.

Amazing company, love that the food is organic/free range human quality meat.Love the recyclable/compostable non plastic packaging. Lovely company to deal with- always respond to emails promptly and the new website makes it so easy to amend choices/ delivery dates etc

Your Venison & beef recipe was specifically recommended by the Veterinary Nutritionist for my Anorexic dog as part of treating his gut dysbiosis. So far so good as his stools have returned to normal. Unfortunately he still isnt eating on his own.

The dogs love the food plus all the packaging is either compostable or recyclable.

The only problem is that supplies of some meats are erratic so the subscription has to be changed.

Mabel, now 3, has never refused or turned up her nose at Naturaw Forage. She loves all the flavours and thrives on it.
Delivery by DPD is fine as long as there's not a heatwave!

Wow what an amazing company!

When I was first looking to switch my dog over to raw, I had a lot of considerations. How would I best meet my dogs needs? From moving her off of which I now know to be a really bad dry food company that is very popular, I went onto Allaboutdogfood.co.uk and found Naturaw. And wow, I was so positively engaged with how much consideration they put into every aspect of this business.

I was very concerned with plastic waste when switching to raw food as almost all other companies food come in plastic packaging. And it's not just the waste but the idea of my dog getting potential micro plastics in their food daily. Naturaw have heavily considered this in their ethos to remove as much, if not all plastic packaging as possible.

And not only this, but I am following a vegan diet, and knowing that the animals used in the production of this food are either grass fed, free roaming or coming from sustainable sources is an absolutely huge factor for me in why I chose this food.
It is rated 97% for my dog on Allaboutdogfood.co.uk which is pretty much unmatched.

All the other foods rated as highly as Naturaw Forage are even more expensive so this is not at all a problem to me as I know that I am getting food that is worth every penny. However, I sometimes struggle to buy this food as it is a higher price than I can pay a lot of the time, but any time I can afford it I will get it for my dog and I notice such a difference in her. Her coat is so shiny, she is so calm and content and she is so happy in herself and lacks so much of her anxious tendencies (she's a border collie).
It may seem weird that I can say this, but I have tried her on other relatively highly rated foods (87%) that are on the market that are slightly cheaper when I can't afford to buy Naturaw Forage, and it really is a noticeable difference in her demeaner.

She is a real foodie, so I can't say whether she prefers this to other raw foods but she definitely loves it!
There are a variety of different flavours to try, I personally buy a selection of all of them for my pup and she loves every one.

I have only one fault to mention and that is that the film has to be cut instead of peeled away which can sometimes be a nuisance with resealing it when storing it in the fridge. But this is such a small fault that it was barely worth mentioning and doesn't change how highly I rate this food and the company for all of their considerations into every aspect of this food.

I also cannot comment on the delivery service or ordering of this product as I buy from a local pet store that stocks it. However, I have ordered from the site in the past and had absolutely no issues at all, I was always informed of any approaching holidays and their cut off dates for deliveries etc which I appreciated.

Thank you Naturaw so much for making feeding my dog the perfect diet completely guilt free for me.
And thank you for having such a unique and powerful ethos in the raw food industry, it's appreciated heavily by myself and I'm sure so many others.
