have already wrote review that somehow got lost on this , DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I had ordered 5 kilos of 5 top millet flour , and 5 kilos of millet grain, all of the millet flour in jar is 1lb 10oz , 8 ounces short, not single jar is one kilo , and in grain bag of barnyard is missing, the UPS parcel clearly stated 9 kilos , I send the the pic of my receipt and video, they continue to give me runaround , and finally offered me a voucher , that would mean I would be forced to do business with them again , and pay shipping again, HDC NavaFresh in USA as company lack the integrity , to either return my money for or send the missing items , do NOT trust them . I ordered it on oct 2nd 22, cost $209, it arrived on 18th every item short flour 8 ounces short in each jar and bag of barnyard my order number was51121= I have the video and pics if I could upload on this I would , to save someone else from dealing with this expensive unethical company, I HAVE upload video short,(NavaFresh HDC Siridhanya for USA.) on utube .

the reply below from company they forgot to mention, that they want me to pay shipping AGAIN with their product , if and when I decide to pay the shipping 2nd time for getting all the products I got short-changed for in first place I will remove this and video of utube

Navafresh is the only place I can get Mr. Poonjiaji's Ship Brand curry powder -- the only curry powder I ever use. With the addition of onion, tomatoes, fresh chilis, a few whole toasted jeera seeds and a good pinch of hing, it makes a perfect masala for vegetables.

Navafresh deliveries are fast and efficient.

Easy to order and the product came in time. This site was the only site where I could find the product I was searching for. Thank you.

Used to love Navafresh. But over the last 3 months, the same products I used to order have gone up in price by 300%. The price in India has remained unchanged. When I reached out to ask why, I got the most generic and unhelpful answer saying that it was a demand/supply fluctuation, customs charges etc. Shipping costs are the same, product availability and pricing is the same, clearly this is price gouging at its worst. Used to be loyal to this brand but I'll be staying away from them now. My order numbers are #2459, #2106, #1880, #1785.

First time I ordered via Navafresh and the overall experience was good. Lot of options to find Indian sweets(toffee/chocolates) especially childhood sweets.
Only one concern i have is that you have to order in big quantity and items are quite expensive. The delivery time is longer than usual as the items came directly from India which is a bit misleading as from website i was under the impression its all stocked in UK but saying that they do clarify next to items the estimated delivery time.
Also one of the most impressive thing was that all the items were recently manufactured that means a long best before or expiry date as there are some websites in UK that sell indian chocolates that are either expired or about to go past the expiry date.
Overall I am happy with my first order and will be back hopefully in future too.

I placed an initial order with Navafresh early December. The order took over a month to arrive and I had to keep chasing them up the whole time. When it did arrive only half of the order was sent! I contacted them straight away and was told they would send me the missing items. I received no dispatch notification so again chased them and another month later was told I would be refunded. I had to chase this a week later and again the following week and the following week. I am still waiting for the refund >:( AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE!!
Since writing this review they have responded to say that they refunded my payment. I have closely checked my account and can confirm that NO such refund was made. I do not retract my original review. This company is dishonest, do not use them.
