Great price for the product
Great price for the product, one of the few that had it in stock and quick delivery too. Their returns policy however is borderline illegal and would dissuade me from ordering any multiple components, I get the impression they would be very difficult to deal with should I have any issues.

I had my eye on a particular component, not only were they one of a few retailers with stock, they also have it at a very competitive price. I also chose the cheapest delivery option and they delivered it ahead of schedule. Can't fault them at all

Smooth service, nothing to fault
Ordered a motherboard from here as they had the cheapest price. Ordering process was very easy, order was processed quickly and shipped via DPD local. Motherboard was in brand new in a sealed box and has been working perfectly for several weeks.

Neo Computers have a great customer support team!
I purchased a motherboard from these guys along with other PC components from elsewhere. After the build, the MB appeared to not work.
Paul from customer support sent some tests for us to try ~ to no avail. So the unit was returned for them to test. No problems found. They sent a video of their tests and sent the board back to me! After a process of elimination we discovered another component at fault!
NeoComputers were great! Responded quickly to my e-mails, was patient with my ignorance and was clear in their advice.
Thanks to Paul and the team! I am now up and running.
