I will never buy from NeoCrudputers…
I will never buy from NeoCrudputers again, my experience with them was terrible. They knowingly sent out an expensive damaged component at an inflated price that I needed, and then try to blag it that there's nothing wrong with it despite video evidence, and then have the cheek to accuse me of breaking it. They will probably reply to this message with more lies, I feel sorry for them.

Hi, thank you for leaving your feedback and giving us the opportunity to respond again. We’d like to address your concerns and clarify the situation. The motherboard you received was securely packaged with multiple layers of protection, making it highly unlikely the IO shield could have been damaged during transit.
As soon as you contacted us, we offered a free return and full refund to resolve the matter quickly. Unfortunately, you chose not to return the item, which left us unable to proceed further.
The claim that we knowingly sent a damaged product is completely untrue. Additionally, the bent IO shield you described does not affect the functionality of the motherboard and would sit flush once installed in a case.
We always aim to treat our customers fairly and provide high-quality products. However, we felt it was best to end further communications in this instance to avoid unnecessary conflict.

Good customer service
Purchased a GPU which turned out to be faulty, they communicated well and gave me a refund. Have since bought a motherboard from them without issue. Generally good prices too.

Very quick, professional service and would use again
PC mainboard I ordered was cheaper than anywhere else and even though the free delivery option I chose was for over a week away, I received the item within days. Very quick, professional service and would use again.
Haven't actually tested the board yet as still waiting on new CPU but will update my review if issues arise and I have to reach out for support.

Legit company. Fast delivery and good communication
I was skeptical about ordering because I hadn't heard of this company before. However, I checked Trustpilot, which made me feel comfortable about ordering.
Should not have been concerned. Item was dispatched promptly and I received updates throughout, including tracking information.

Wouldn’t use in future bad communication.
Wouldn’t use again unfortunately I ordered some ram at a decent price that their system said was in stock almost a week later and they tell me this isn’t in stock and they can’t obtain and cancel the order this isn’t acceptable and should have their systems up to date like any other company moreover should just cancel the order asap. Companies that have waste people’s time like this ideally shouldn’t exist disappointed.

Good afternoon, my complete apologies for not replying to your feedback sooner. This was only just brought to our attention.
I am sorry that on this occasion we weren't able to fulfil your order. There are the very rare occasions when we drop the ball and it looks like this was one of those times and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
The error in the listing was due to this product having an unusually long SKU, a similar set of RAM was booked in from a shipment and was allocated to this item we though that up until the point of despatching the item these kits were in fact in stock.
As mentioned this was just a complete error on our part that we have now corrected to ensure this does not happen again.
I can assure you that from personal experience this happens with just about every industry and unfortunately due to the way most systems are set up errors like this are only detected at the last moment.
