I bought a motherboard from NeoComputers, tried to install it and my system wouldn't boot up. My local PC repair shop said the motherboard was faulty so I sent it back. It turns out it was a problem with one of the memory modules that I installed (not purchased from NeoComputers) and possibly some bent pins as I installed the processor.

Paul was always very quick to respond to emails and went above and beyond by straightening the pins, diagnosing the problem with the memory module and testing to confirm that everything was working.

I was very impressed by the communication, the speed of turnaround and how they fixed up my own mess without charging extra.

Fantastic customer service, great packaging and quality PC parts. I had a problem with my order (seemed to have been delivered to the wrong address). A representative called Paul came back to my email within minutes and my issue was quickly rectified with a new item sent. Thanks so much!

After some troubling experiences with Amazon I found Neo Computers. I was looking for a specific laptop and found a suitable one on their website. After some clarification on the product, which was delivered very swiftly by Paul, I decided to purchase. I had suggested DPD in the order instructions and sure enough, DPD was used and delivery was perfect. The item was as described (new) and also works perfectly. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Brilliant packaging, prompt service

On two prior occassions I have given Neo 5 stars, but this time they dropped one. In mitigation I will admit Easter Friday came the day after I ordered the part, but I ordered nice and early on Thursday, and nothing happened until the following Wednesday.
Nevertheless I'm still very pleased with the product and the pricing

Great comms when 1 of 2 parcels didn't arrive with the other. Said they'd call back and did, package just arrived slightly later.

Ordered BeQuiet power supply. Competitive price. (actually the best I could find at the time). I used the free 7 day delivery option, because I didn't need to guarantee delivery date. Ordered on Thursday afternoon, and to my suprise, delivered the following day. I would be happy to use this company again.

We contacted NeoComputers following an issue with our new connection to Virgin Media, and as they are a local company. They were very helpful on the phone and when we called in with the PC they quickly sorted the issue. This included having to purchase a small item which was perfect and was very reasonable. In the future if we have any need for this kind of service I will not hesitate to use NeoComputers again and would recommend them to anyone.
