Customer Service That's Hard to Beat!
I cannot recommend the team at Neptune in Belfast highly enough. Especially Nicole who goes above and beyond every time to ensure each item we ordered got dealt with efficiently and professionally. We always felt very taken care of with swift replies to our emails and updates when needed.
Neptune products are amazing and only made better by the level of service at their Belfast branch. Strongly recommend!

One of my favourite places!
The quality of Neptune products are outstanding. The staff in the Belfast store are lovely and very helpful.
In particular, Nicole went above and beyond for me after a few delivery issues occurred. Not the fault of Neptune, but they still made sure an issues were rectified and I was completely happy.

Avid Neptune Fans
We ordered a new dining table and Ardingly for our dining room before Christmas. Worth waiting for and they look ‘top’ quality. Unfortunately, one of the chairs was damaged in transit...but as soon as we let the store know a replacement was arranged/ordered straight away.
Always ‘excellent’ service from the staff at the Ormeau Road shop/take interest/provide advice on all your home projects.

Hi i recently ordered the medium pear…
Hi i recently ordered the medium pear and small apple they arrived with excellent packaging and are perfect in my kitchen. I also took delivery of your Hanover Tall Cordless Lamp again today excellent packaging arrived perfect and i love it.
Service and products are excellent cannot recommend this company enough. When i was ordering my lamp i spoke to a lovely lady in your Belfast store who was so helpful.

Great service
Great service. Product (a lamp) was delayed due to Brexit and issue with deliveries. I was kept informed of the delays. Contacted straightaway when the product arrived in store. Nice lamp and shade...sturdy and good shape
Lampshade does not swivel around on the base like some lampshades do.
