I was fooled and lied to.............
I was lied to about how long this process was going to take. I feel I haven't got any help or been guided enough to reduce my debt. It's upsetting and I wish I hadn't pick Netdebt to help me at all. I got fooled and hope others don't have to go through this company to solve their debt problems.

Helpful and understanding my hardship. It has been difficult with bill collectors, but their patience to visit with me and give suggestions are very helpful for me to get thru this difficult time, I know i made these choices and feel responsible for my debt, but i am on a fix income and finding my income does not meet my daily needs.

They have successfully negotiated a settlement agreement with one of the creditors that they have listed for me however I feel like the fee that they charged me to do that was way to much. But I couldn't have done it myself. All of the folks I have talked to at NetDet have been very nice and helpful when I call to ask questions.
