SO FAR THEY HAVE BEEN PRETTY GOOD..THE ONLY THING I HAVE AGAINST THEM IS THE FACT THAT THEY TOLD ME WHEN I ENTERED PROGRAM THAT IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 3 YEARS..IT HAS NOW BEEN 4 YEARS..SUPPOSINGLY IT SHOULD BE PAID OFF THIS COMING FEBRUARY, WHICH WILL BE 4 YRS AND 4 MONTHS..OTHERWISE PRETTY GOOD

I was in an accident and I didn't know what I was going to do with all the debt and net debt really took the pressure off me and truly helped me get through the biggest financial struggle I have ever had.

Only been with company for a short time…

Only been with company for a short time and they've already settled with one of my creditors. Where I have a problem is with talking to them over the phone. I have been playing telephone tag with a representative for over two weeks now. Claimed I needed to be on a call for two settlements, and this was never brought to my attention that this would be necessary. I've done my part, the settlements should not involve me.

My opinion is the staff needs to learn…

My opinion is the staff needs to learn to communicate with each other and thoroughly look at the client's account when a client calls instead of rushing to get off the phone. To stop and think what if this was my daughter, son, mother, etc. as the client. I first notified NETDEBT back in 11/2018 of a lawyer contacting me regarding my Citibank account; downloaded documents as I would receive them. Every time I would call I was assured it was going to be okay. I emphasized I did not want to be taking to court or have court actions......Then I was assured after being served with papers at my house by Citibank that my account would be settled; not to worry. However, now I am having to set up payments along with alot of interest and court cost; because I personally feel NETDEBT fall on their part. After the last document I received from my local sherriff's department then I was told after I questioned why Citibank wasn't the first account settled instead of my other two....It was then I was told well there wasn't enough money in your account/savings. But yet, EVERYTIME I called I was never advised it. Then I start getting letters from Walmart regarding my account. On my client portal it showed it had been settled; so I am sending documentation from NetDebt and come to find out it was my Belks account that had been settled not Walmart. Now remind you when I called one time I was told by "Wendy" that there was no account of mine found by Belk; that I needed to call and check. Well it was because it was the Belks account that had been settled instead of Walmart. I have never been so unsatisfied with a place of business that is suppose to be professional. I work with the public and understand there is human error; but this what happened to be was lack of employees caring for the company's clients.

They’ve helped me beyond belief...they answered all my questions...they are taking care of my creditors so I don’t have to...the relief off my mind has been unbelievable...I’m in chronic physical pain and have been hospitalized several times and to not deal with creditors has been great...I’d recognize them to everyone who needs to get out of debt and want to rebuild their credit rating...

First timer

I had not considered doing this before but the folks here are always concerned courtesy and communicating with me to keep me up to date. In my day to day doings I miss a lot and I appreciate the fact that I can rely on them to keep me in the loop.

This seems to be painless

This seems to be painless. I like the online updates and I feel so much better believing this process will leave me debt free and with an opportunity to increase my credit score with the resolution of bad credit due to ridiculous interest rates. I hoping after this process that I can build credit the right way
