Customer service Reps. try to answer all questions the best way they can

It is working well for my case, my debts were successfully being reduced so far.　I think it was a good choice to have chosen NetDebt to decrease my debt.

When I first reached out to these folks I had great trepidations, but everything worked out just as they said, in fact better in that the settlement amount was better than they thought it would be. And they notified me of this fact, which they could have kept to themselves and I would never have known. Kudos to them.

When I first heard of NetDebt it was on a radio station. When I spoke with an agent I was very uneasy about how the system worked. I discussed it with my wife and we decided we were going to give it a try. We had a sizable amount of credit card debt that we never saw an end to, especially with the interest rates on the cards. We now are in our 3rd year with NetDebt and are 2 cards away this year to freedom. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful, caring, understanding,knowledgeable, and professional. We have been blessed to have them help us to get back on track with our finances. Thank you all at NetDebt!

Poor customer service and staff behavior.

I loved how they drastically reduced the amount of my debt! I enrolled with $85,000 in Debts. After a little over three years I have settled all accounts for just under $50,000.

The only thing that I regret in the whole process is of course sending my credit score into the toilet. LOL
The only thing I wished could have been explained better was the fact that the amount 'forgiven' still counts as earned income, but that was something I should have known.

I am just 10 months into being part of Net Debt, so I don't have much to comment on. I will say that when I made the initial call to have Net Debt help me, I was amazed at the kindness of the representative that helped me. I felt like a complete loser to have gotten myself into such a horrible situation with my credit. She was so kind and extremely helpful, that I knew then that I had made the right decision. Whenever I have any questions I can call her and she helps me right away.
If you are considering having Net Debt help you, do it. You won't be sorry.
