They were there right with you in a personal and caring way. Very encouraging and professional.

At first, I wasn’t sure If this was the right path. However, I have received excellent advice & customers service since day one.
When I call, I speak with a live representative, never have to wait or placed on hold. I am very satisfied with the decision I made to be in the program & be debt free. I’ve been in the program less than a year & two account have already been settled. I received a message today that the third account is willing to settle now. I advice anyone that needs help with becoming debt free join this program.

I don't feel NetDebt helped us at all. We had good credit and paying our credit card debt. We were told they could lower our payments. We now have a judgement against us and our monthly payment on one credit card is 797. We were paying 800. before and had good credit. We are always getting calls to raise our payment so we can be out of debt sooner I would not recommend at all. Very unhappy with the program.

Every time I get news I’m impress and I am so pleased, I sometimes think I don’t know what I’m doing but I’ll tell you they let you know everything right on line or when I get crazy thinking I call and everything is always going good and I am always proud and I rate this place 5 stars ⭐️ if I could 10 stars thank you

At first my score tanked. But every day I get a message saying my score has increased.. even if it’s just 2 points! NetDebt has already settled 2 of 8 accounts and saved me thousands. I already have told my friend about them and she is looking into signing up herself.

They have been great the entire time. For a person who always pays their bills on time, but knew I was seconds away from drowning and had no other option but to stop paying them was the hardest challenge for me. They assured me this was a seamless process but would take time. I paid as much as I could possibly afford without jeopardizing my livelihood and they handled the rest. They were always in communication, the website was easy to use and understand. I have 2 out of 4 accounts to clear and I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you NetDebt!
