The representatives have all been polite ,very infiormitive and understanding. Keeps you updated about your money and account be emails and US mail. I have been very pleased with the way they are handling my accounts. So glad I was told about their services!

I expected results a lot sooner, but I guess the process is such that it takes a few months to get to the settlement phase. I also didn't expect NetDebt to take that large of a cut of the settlement. That part was not sufficiently explained during the sign up process. The overall result I hope will be satisfactory.

The service rep was honest about how my credit rating would tank but would improve. It has. My biggest complaint is that my time for making payments has increased twice, so instead if being done on Oct of this year, it was extended to Jan and just recently to April, I think. Didn't get regular updates either however; all this is minor knowing that my credit is improving and my debts are being paid. I am grateful for Netdebt.

Excellent and very helpful

This is my first experience with net debt. As on now I am very satisfied but I hv awhile yet to be debt free.. everytime I do call customer service they explain all I need to know at that moment. I am so far very satisfied

This service/program is not what we thought it would be. Good sales pitch of how they can help; but the results are not worth ruined credit and now we’re stuck by a contract

I have found that NetDebt has a very knowledgeable and helpful team that guides you step by step through the process and is available whenever you have questions. I recommend anyone that wants to get back on track to check them out. You will not be sorry!!!
