I would never do this again!!! I got no support, and had to go to court anyways. I have been with NetDept since 2014 and I am still working on paying down my Dept and it will cost me around 1700 for very little help from NetDept! ! You can do it with out NetDept and save yourself money and a lot of aggravation!!

I was a little unclear on what the commission was based on. I thought it was on the final settlement. I also was led to believe that it would only take two to three months to settle and recovery time could begin. I still do not have one settled and here it going on nine months! Just some misleading that needs addressed!

That so called judge said this was a shady company.. Turns out the only shady characters was that Richmond judge and the va. Credit union asst. Manager. I'm debt free. Doing it thier way I was paying on that bill with no change. I would have never got out of debt. Thanks to net debt I'm free..$37,000 in debt not even 3years later with Netdebt. I'm free of that debt.

Don't trust them
Don't trust them.
Said they could get me debt free in three years. They settled the smallest account, the other accounts are bringing me to court. The largest account I have wanted to settle but I couldn't because they want more money in the account the initial amount $500+ was not enough now I am paying over $650+ and they might be able to settle. Their legal person said expect to have your wages garnished and a lien against your house.

I entered into an agreement with NetDebt 3 years ago. I've paid my monthly commitments on time as agreed. I have continually had them ask me though, for more money other than what I agreed to. I really don't know WHEN this thing will be paid off.

Highly Recommend Net Debt
Net Debt has been both cooperative and very helpful in getting my credit card debts settled. Although I am still in the process, it is comforting to know that Net Debt has my back when it comes to dealing with creditors. They are truly professional in their help and guidance, as well as providing a clear and easy to use website. I am impressed with their first settlement for me and expect they will do as well for the remaining accounts.
