No refunds policy
No refunds policy, only buy what you require. Good service until you attempt to return an item. They have a no returns policy and charge a silly restocking fee if you argue enough with them to return an item. Avoid purchasing from them, very bad customer service.

A Small Customer Treated Like I was their Biggest
I was moving a router and needed network cabling to achieve this. They had the exact items I needed and the order arrived earlier than I expected. One of the items was not in the colour specified and a rep from the team emailed me with an apology and an alternative, including an option for a more expensive replacement at no extra cost.
In business terms this was a trivial order but I was treated like I was their best customer.
