I made an order for a product, the wrong Item was delivered. I contacted the retailer to report it ,the response was prompt and there was an apology and recognition.The email stated that the correct item would be dispatched same day for delivery the next .
When the second package arrived it was wrong again ,the item delivered was same as the one delivered the day before.I contacted the retailer again and even rang the phone number available online.No response from either contact today.

Well I couldn’t be happier, the items arrived next day, were good value.

I had to contact them because the manufacturer hadn’t included the assembly instructions, and they emailed it straight away.

Literally perfect. I did pay on a credit card just to be sure but my experience would suggest some of the other reviews are not justified.

Order items on Monday, paid for next day delivery and they arrived on Thursday.

No tracking details were supplied when I made the order so it was impossible to track the item.

I asked if they were going to refund the cost of the delivery (£9.54) and they refused.

I usually use trust pilot exclusively to warn people about a companies poor or disgusting business practises, but from my experience with this company I felt compelled to do the opposite

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now, I was searching for a supplier of full copper cat 6 cable, trying to avoid the CCA rubbish that infests other websites, So I could build a home network that could cope with the demands of many people working from home and video calling all day long and transferring large files

All the top links in google search were selling only CCA or had sold out of pure copper cable

I then spotted a google advert from this company, on it I found 305m of white Excel Cat 6 cable and as a bonus it was a low smoke version too, this was the only site I found after days of searching that managed to supply exactly what I was looking for. The box was delivered as expected after an easy payment via paypal

Noticing they also sold trunking, I ordered what I needed, the brand sent was good quality, excel too I think, though they seem to have stopped supplying trunking now

Unfortunately there was an error on the website where the image of a trunking connector didn't match the description causing me to order the wrong item

Upon receipt of the incorrect item, I emailed about the error, about 2 hours later, I received a response from Stephen understanding the confusion the error on the site could have caused and he sent me a pack of the correct connectors for no extra charge and no quibble

He mentioned that he would look in to this and amend the error on the website... we have heard this all before... and then of course the error is never fixed... but not this time it seems. I checked back an hour later and to my amazement the error was fixed!

I usually order everything via faceless middle man companies like amazon and ebay, that I can rely on to hold their sellers to account when they don't deliver what they advertise. So this interaction was a pleasant experience.

When I have previously bought direct from companies I've been faced with incorrect orders, lengthy returns processes that have flown in the face of the consumer rights act and rude dismissive customer service, as well as almost being robbed, so it's refreshing to interact with a company that does just function like we all often feel a company should

Danny and his team did a sterling job of installing cat 6 cabling to most of the rooms in our house and to a garden office. The guys were really polite and considerate, and the workmanship was fantastic. We previously had significant issues with WiFi connectivity throughout the house and a mesh system wouldn't work as a result. After speaking with Danny as a part of initial consultation we agreed that a wired backhaul would solve the issues - and I can say now (a couple of months down the line) that our WiFi has never been faster or more stable. Cabling was installed discretely. If I ever need further work doing, I wouldn't look further than Danny and the Installations At Home team.
