Excellent - helpful - one minor error that was quickly corrected - like thiis organisation.

Went out for tender to three organisations

This was the best - and subsequently lived up to expectations - actually a bit better.

I bought some Excel faceplate shutters and keystones from this company. First off, their prices are very good - in some cases the best I've been able to find online. Both orders arrived next day and were packaged well.

Their website is rather antiquated in design and is not mobile friendly (not responsive) - I hadn't tried ordering on a mobile but don't imagine it would be a fun experience. This could be because I would guess it's geared towards trade & wholesalers - but even so, a redesign would be beneficial I think.

My only real complaint is the lack of shipping options available. You have next day shipping for an expensive £6.95 + VAT... and that's it. No standard shipping (or better yet - free, even if slow) at all. In both cases the delivery charge for our orders was a significant portion of the total bill.

I ordered a single cable and it arrived quickly and without issue.

I mean, I ordered completely the wrong cable for the job, but that's on me for not paying attention to what I was doing.

Order taken and processed and goods arrived more quickly than anticipated. The goods were damaged in transit and when contacted they resolved the issue in no time and to my satisfaction.

Needed some cables urgently due to office relocation so ordered 3pm and was delivered next day, great service

Excellent product it was as described very pleased with it,had speedy delivery would recommend for future purchases.

I forgot to purchase something in a previous order from a different site. A quick google led me here and the price was right. So far so good. I add everything to the cart and try to pay but get an error. I realise I've created my account using America as country. I try with paypal, but still get an error. Just as I am about to leave site the chat pops up, I explain my issue and the phone rings and complete order over the phone. Order arrives this morning, and I'm a happy customer.

a good range of products and quick delivery

Was told in stock on web site - Paid £30.00 for next day delivery before 1030 hrs. Nothing arrived, no phone call. Chased up to be told out of stock and not available for 3 days. Money is to be returned, but that's not going to pay the IT guy waiting to connect my comms. Frustrated and disappointed.

I needed a single network cable which cost £4.24 Ex Vat, the delivery cost was £6.95 + VAT for next day DPD. There was no other choice for delivery. I would like the choice of delivery options if I were to use The Network Store again. I have no problem with the products or service, just the over the top delivery charges.

After couriers delivered to wrong address, replacement items dispatched no quible at short notice, which arrived on time.

From the easy to use web site to the extremely rapid delivery, and the very competitive costs it was a pleasure to have found this company. A speedy response and solution to any problems was also welcome.

Quality cable, reasonable price, rapidly delivered. Difficult to find fault even for a Yorkshire man!

After making selection was immediately transferred to pay before giving address details. Assumed transaction aborted when PayPal refused and I returned to site and unable to reconnect to order. Ordered from another site post free so much cheaper. Later on checking emails I discovered that The Net. Store had obtained my address from ?where? and activated order. Now have two cables! At 87 am frequently confounded when purchasing on-line, sites can be somewhat different in procedures.
