Took about 4-5 business days to process the order. I still haven’t received my package, yet you are asking for feedback. Just shows how poor the service is doesn’t it!

As described
As described, the print on the front is not placed very well. It could be aligned to the left - as it is tight when placing stamps or the PO tag on the envelope.

All the boxes were bent through the middle. Gor the price compared to elsewhere the quality is extremely poor. I’m 5 km away from sunshine and took 6 days from time it to as dispatched to arrive.

not good
First time I order through this company in October.
I paid $26 express shipping as I needed toners quickly.
After more than a week , still nothing. I contacted them and was told that I would be refunded the express shipping cost.
I did not get a refund. I tried to call them but they have not responded.....

It's such a great service that they allow you to order samples on the website. I actually placed a normal order and got a few samples with it, then when I received my normal order it was too small, luckily I got the sample one too which was perfect size for the satchels I needed. So I spoke to customer service, swapped my actual order for the correct size I needed with no issues. They were very helpful!!! Using them again for sure especially for the price they charge as we're a small business looking for cheapest options.
