Next-Gen-Power 

We got 16 solar panels (and battery) on our roof in 2018. They worked well, and we felt we need more power especially in winter so we asked NextGen to come back in 2021 and add 6 more panels which they did and they are working well now also. We are very happy with the whole experience and would recommend NextGen to anyone looking to install solar on residential or SME business roofs.

My system (14 PV Panels & 3kW Inverter) were installed in mid-2017. I upgraded to a 5.2kW battery in Apr 2021. All have worked flawlessly since and Mark, Patricia, Lee and the team have provided exemplary advice re system tuning etc. I’ve recommended NextGen to several friends and they are all really happy with the quality of the products and service. 😊

Have system now under 1 year Nothing but problems, first was the battery 9.5kwh kept going into a failure status which they found it hard to believe, having the main headquarters company in the uk meant long delays for the expert engineer to inspect battery which he believed he had fixed it but he didn’t which again had another knock on delay in getting a new battery sent out ,Patricia was a great help here to push this over the line ,when battery was finally replaced it is currently working very well . second issue and still on going on rainy days the system trips so I’m constantly monitoring the system and am on hand to reset system, had to a lot of the investigate on the system myself which On the positive side is that im very familiar in how the system works.
Staff in Ireland were good to help in any way they can ,some times getting their electrician out was another waiting game,
Normally I’m very positive person but they broke me on this one,

After having the batteries fitted, the company was very quick to ensure that the system worked properly in line with my wind turbine. This has altered greatly the savings I have made compared to previous years where my usage was predominantly daytime tariff.

We have our panels 2 years now and at the start we had a few problems but we just had to make a call to the guys and if not that day it was the next and everything was sorted,we really have to say that the after care by Next-Gen-Power was top notch,as for the panels we love them we have 2 electric cars and a house to run and our bills are more or less half,we have recommend Next-Gen to alot of our family and friends.............

We have our solar panels for and battery about 2 years and a few times the crew at Next-Gen-Power contacted us to say check the WiFi connection, fantastic proactive service. Lately a minor issue and in no time it was sorted for us which we appreciate hugely. Always so helpful.

From start to finish Lee Patricia and all the staff were amazing to deal with. They even put flooring in the attic because there was none where it was needed.

I had my solar panels & battery installed in 2019 & within the first year my battery gave trouble, but in fairness to Mark, Patrica, & team Battery was replaced under warranty & any issues I had since they were always only a phone call away & most helpful. I am retired & not very good with technology so the odd issue I had they were able to do it online for me, or talk me through it. I got an EV the same year so not only have I made a good saving on my electric bill I also have some free miles. 😊

Happy with the solar panels. We have them two years. Good customer service and happy with installation. However we cannot get the app working to see when battery is full and we have an issue that when it rains something trips and panels arnt in use. I have to ring the office to see can an electrician come to look at it. Patricia is very helpful and always willing to solve any problems we have.

Quality service, competitve pricing and superb after sales, have no quibble about next gen and the products they sell and would definitaely recommend having had my EV panels for 5 years now.

It was a great experience to see this project materiliazed from paper. Great and fast communication. Tidy and clean installation. Very happy with it.

Excellent service from start to finish. Was able to present to them the reuslt I wanted to acheive and got a priced spec back very quickly. Importantly with changes and recommendations to make the project more afforable whilst achieving the low carbon results. Also of note is the fact you can always speak to someone to get updates, never had to wait in a queue.

Had our system installed by Next-Gen-Power in March 2013. Excellent support and service from start to finish. The sales team took the time to design and re-design an appropriate system for my needs and explain the performance clearly. The installers were extremely hard working, professional and tidy. And Patricia is extremely responsive and efficient in dealing with all the paperwork. Great experience from start to finish and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

The process from enquiry to install was extremely efficient. Patracia in the office was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. The install team of electricians and roofers were all really polite, tidy and professional. The install of 9 panels, inverter and battery took just one day and hardly a trace of them being there.

A very positive experience overall, from the initial calls discussing our options, to the assistance with the SEAI grant application, through to the commercials and install. The team of installers came on-site and did a really neat job running the cables to where they needed to go. I would recommend Next-Gen Power to any of my friends and family.
