Better than I ever imagined…
After recently and suddenly losing my dad I knew I wanted something to keep forever to wear everyday. I came across Nicky Robin and immediately fell in love with this ring as it was like no other I had seen. From sending the ashes off, to receiving the completed ring back was only 5 working days, absolutely incredible. The ring itself is just better than anything I expected and it’s just perfect. Hi Jane, We are very sorry to hear that. This particular ring is a stacker ring representative of it having a slim band and that is why it is thin as our website image represents it to be. It is made from 925 Sterling Silver so isn't made from cheap materials and has been very popular with great reviews on this. It's is such a shame you were not happy with it and hope you will come to love it as it is a beautiful ring.

We are sorry to hear that you have received a few email requests. After looking into this, it seems that the requests were sent for each item purchased as our system (especially for our website) places individual reviews on product pages so customers can rate and read the reviews for that specific product rather than some that offer reviews spread across the whole site, that are not related to products.
We have taken your feedback on board and although we are unable to change the type of request setup, we have amended the timescale in which review requests are sent so that these are not received altogether.
Apologies again if this has caused you upset as this was certainly not our intention.

Simply perfect!
The pack arrived very quickly and the instructions were clear and understandable on how to send your ashes/hair/fur back off. The fact that there were no hidden postage fees was also great.
Once they’ve received your pack they email you and let you know. They then let you know once it’s made and on its way to you. The communication is very professional and very good.
The necklace I ordered arrived nice and quick. This worried me a little at first due to how quick it was but that feeling soon disappeared once I opened the beautiful packaging to find an absolutely gorgeous necklace with my fur babies ashes and fur clearly visible. The way they created it is amazing. It’s not just thrown in. You can tell that a great deal of care has gone into making this memorial jewellery.
The necklace was more than I ever could of hoped for. It’s simply perfect!
If you’re thinking of ordering a piece of memorial jewellery then I would highly recommend using this company for it! Incredible.
