Poor Service from Nippy Normans

Have dealt with this company in the past and they seemed ok but expensive. Not sure what has changed with them but they have become one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Ordered 2 parts both showing in stock, they had my money via pay pal and I heard nothing. They didn't answer my email and the message on their website said they have no shop so don't accept calls. Took 2 weeks to get my parts and they only responded after I raised a complaint via pay pal. They even gave me some rubbish about Royal Mail had sent parts back, not really sure why as they were small enough to post through letterbox!!

Service Ok but they fail to publish negative product reviews

I have purchased quite a few items for my RT from Nippy Normans and whilst the delivery has been perfectly prompt they 'moderate' any negative reviews. I purchased a go pro mount for the RT which 3 reviewers said was 'Rock solid' and 'Vibration free' however it acts like a spring causing the camera to bounce.

They claimed it was not affected by raising the position of the screen, when the screen is raised the camera angle drops significantly.

I would say to the management of Nippy Normans that their credibility is far more important than returning some mounts to a manufacturer or allowing the posting a negative review.

To err is human and forgiveable, to cover it up is just plain wrong....

Poor customer service and hand picked reviews

Can never reach on phone emails not replied to when (the rare occcasion) you do get an answer its rude and unhelpful
I wrote a review on a product I had called and mailed in about to no avail n then suddenly when I left a bad review I had a mail asking if I had a problem I replied yes etc only to hear nothing and I notice they will not publish my review only good ones same as machine mart do

Awful customer service, and fake product reviews

Bought item based on inaccurate product description. Essentially it wasn't explained that the item would not operate whatsoever without a second product.

When I called to try and figure out a solution they were really rude on the phone. I posted a review on the site clarifying that the item I bought required a second product, and left 3/5 stars.

They edited the product description, claimed it was like that from the start (you can see the original on Google cache, or internet archive) changed the amount of stars I'd given to 4/5 and posted an aggressive comment in all caps claiming the description was like that from the start.

They really annoyed me.

Poorest customer service imaginable

Ordered a high output battery for my bike due to dead battery I ordered prior to 10 am on the Thursday sadly was not dispatched until the afternoon on the Friday, when I received a notification I mailed the contact address on the site to enquire but got no response I managed to find a phone number online but Friday and Monday rang without reply I mailed again in Monday and was sent a tracking number for the wrong parcel I spoke to couriers who confirmed this I then asked my local depot who said they could see nothing on manifest
I rang repeatedly n eventually got an answer from the rudest most unhelpful condescending man spoke to me like I was the idiot (bare in mind they had provided me the wrong tracking number) also he helpfully informed me London was a big place ! Really I hadn't noticed in 46 years living here the phone call was repetition after repetition and he was just plane rude it's a shame because they have good stock but are rude unhelpful and near impossible to contact

Not so nippy at replying to emails or answering calls.

Unable to select next day delivery even though they apparently offer the service. Tried calling to place order as it was urgently needed for a European tour leaving the following day but no answer just a recorded message saying call again. I did several times but still no joy. Sent an email as well as completing the 'Contact me' form but still no contact. How a company can survive trading with such a poor service is beyond me.

Reliable. BMW parts supplier

Have ordered from them twice and had the items delievered within 2 days each time. Packaged well. Will continue to use them unless someone else can do it cheaper and as quick.
