I spoke to Saji first who straight up told me "yes it is possible to price match" so I went and got the money to come back and do it. Then I get Hamish who tells me it's not possible because it has to be the exact same item and colour. So which is it??

Saji got my hopes up with wrong information and Hamish couldn't care less about fixing it. No accountability, no apology that meant anything, nothing. I was misled by your own staff and all I got was "sorry about that."

This is honestly the worst live chat experience I've had with any retailer

I am trying to get a refund for an online purchase. 3,400k worth of Macbook Pro. The order kept getting delayed, so I spoke with customer care on the phone and they said they were happy to cancel the order and refund me. I would get an email confirmation within 24 hours and funds back in my account within 3-5 working days. That has not happened. I have since been in contact via phone FIVE more times, and via email twice. The emails are unanswered and the phone calls always seem to go the same way 'oh, I can't see any refund or cancellation activated on your order, it seems she didn't do that. I will do that for you now, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours and a refund within 3-5 business days. NOTHING. Honestly it's beginning to feel like a real scam. I cannot get anyone to tell me why this is not happening, it's just not actioned over and over again. And meanwhile they have thousands of dollars they are holding on to. JUST BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This should be really straight forward, it is NOT. I am going to have go to the small Claims tribunal to get this back.

I have been to Noel Leemings in Whakatane twice in recent weeks and been served by Jack who I found to be nothing short of excellent. I purchased a phone during the first visit and on the second visit he fixed my kindle for me which I was very grateful for.
Jack is exactly the kind of sales person who makes visiting a retail outlet satisfying and enjoyable. I will certainly be returning to Noel Leeming in Whakatane for any similar purchases.

Avoid Noel Leeming at all cost.
Product protection cover is a rip off. Your product has 2 yrs manufacturers warranty then u buy a ln extended 5 yrs cover. Noel leeming will only cover you from day 1 to 5 yrs when u purchase the item. Your 2 yrs manufacturer’s warranty is voided.. What a rip off. Not buying from Noel leeming again. Id rather buy appliances in harvey norman- excellent service.

Useless and rude staff

I’m writing to share some feedback regarding the aggressive sales tactics in your store.(Queenstown, Five Mile$ I had to ask to be left alone three times before finally giving up and walking out. While I understand the incentive of commission, the 'overly agreeable' and persistent approach is incredibly off-putting. I chose to buy the item online rather than deal with the pressure in person.

They delivered my washing machine and installed it. They were very polite

Hi there i had an issue with my PS5 just recently any way josh at nole lemmings in the super center in manukau totally went out of his way for me to make sure the service I received was next level we fixed the problem I had. I would strongly recommend going to noel lemmings at the Manukau super center they totally respect people who may struggle with disability and they do not judge, they treat every one equally, they never were impatient with me when i had difficulty understanding things they were very understanding and took care of everything I'm supper happy at my end result so noel lemmings really respect there customers and never discriminate, if u have learning disability. In any way shap or form these guys will truly look aster u . I've shopped with them for over 20 years and have always found there products to be of the highest standards. Thankyou once again josh and your tec team for all your hard work u guys are next leavel

Staff instore are extremely helpful. The installer guys (George and another) are great. I had a problem part and they were super efficient and lovely to deal with. Keep up the great customer service!

I was impressed with the variety of washing machines and the customer service I received in Waipapa Northland. And to top it off I received it the next day from Whangarei it was amazing thankyou very much 👍.

I was warmly greeted by Ayelet in the Queen St, Richmond store, asked how she could help and exceeded my expectations on helping me purchase a new tablet. After making my selection, she helped organise a screen protector, and case, so I walked out very satisified, went home and set it up. Ayelet also left me her card so that if I have any questions about this purchase please give her a call. All the staff could not be more helpfull, thanks, Elizabeth.

I rang N.L store Keri Keri, to purchase a fridge only to be told the fridge i wanted they didn't have floor space, so they would order it, I had to buy it without seeing it. It's ok seeing it on line, but it's different on line than in person, that store never fails to shock me... and this is not the first time I've been told this by their staff..

I went in to look at Webcams. I asked the assistant if she knew anything about them. She said, 'a little' and stared at them. I thanked her and walked out.

I shopped in Matamata Noel Leemings today and got great service again.
Mason came to me and asked if he could help and sold me a Chromebook.

Picked up a parcel on behalf my sister. Westgate Noel Leemings is the best. No fuss, straight forward, easy to deal with and efficient. Nga Mihi Noel Leeming Westgate ♥️♥️ would highly recommend and will be buying products again due to really good servicing ♥️♥️

When I went to pick up my Philips sound ma and collect .
asked the small Philipina staff memeber about how to use the machine ,was told ,dont know , no offer to get another staff member to assist , after signing the invoice ,didnt get a copy of receipt . Worst of all purchased on Weds , Friday same Soundmachine offered on line $50.00 cheaper . Unprofessional and uninterested staff member .

We just walked out of Noel Leeming Whangarei without buying a mobile because the shop assistant was so rude and unhelpful.
