Fantastic service. Punctual delivery with great communication. During installation the delivery people noticed a flaw. They organised a replacement. I didnt have to do anything. Delivery was perfect. They set it up on the wall mount, cleaned the screen, vacuumed, and helped me set up alexa. Gold stars all round.

Tech person,Tried to manipulate me into thinking that it's gonna take too long to repair and I should just take it back . Don't have any technical knowledge and was annoyed when I didn't change my decision. Very sad

I entered my local noel lemming to pick up a package and had multiple workers check up on me to ask if they could help. Over great customer service and vibes happy checkout assistants and a worker even took my package to my car for me 5/5

The new iPhone never went
Purchased iPhone in July 2023, opened box 2 weeks ago, iPhone did not turn on or charge up, returned phone to NL , phone sent to authorised repair , was told parts missing etc , beyond repair, my phone was actuated by someone a week before I recieved it , the phone has been previously swapped in the box with a non functioning phone, there is another review on here with someone else,
Noel Leeming look into it there is something seriously going on before customers are receiving there phones,

Out of some of the Electronics Retailer I visit that NL is my favorite. Some things, I like to buy are a better buy at others but the one s I can get from Noel Leeming are always bought from NL Stores in Newmarket or Lynnmall or via Click n Collect.

Double check your vouchers that you are given at time of any promo and APPARENTLY they have a 3 month expiration on them. I went to use mine today and apparently it had expired. I have come to the conclusion that they never look after their customers, its all about lining their own pockets. The person that was serving me says "Aww its a voucher' when I went to purchase over $270.00 of items today. This was in their Papanui Store - NOT HAPPY
Don't pay cash for an item and then if its not right and need your money back they DON'T pay back cash, they will put it onto a card which can take days to show up in your account. What happened to refunding customer the same way you paid YOU!!!!

I tried to post this on the product in question, however Noel Leeming have declined to publish it.
From when I made my order until I finally got tired of waiting and asked for an update, three weeks passed. They accept orders for products that they don't have in stock and also can't get from the supplier, and don't bother to update their customers until we chase them. In the end I was forced to cancel the order and bought one elsewhere. Terrible customer service with lots of excuse making but no action to fix the situation, terrible website setup, very negative experience. I won't bother with Noel Leeming in the future.

No stars at all. Technician is useless. Told me absurd about printer. Does not have any knowledge about printers and printing. He could not download Epson scanner driver & software for one hour, complaining the internet is too slow. Ha-Ha-Ha… Noel Leeming, huge retail shop for sailing electronic devices and equipment has slow internet. It looks good match to St Lukes Leeming team. The manager of the shop used abusive language. He said to his colleague about me, Get him F***off from me. When I asked others sale persons, did you hear what he just said to me they turned around of course and did not answer. Because he Is Manager. I think he is not the right person for this position.

A friend of mine bought an iPhone14 ProMax for $2400/- on my behalf. It never turned on and upon submitting it to apple centre they returned it saying it was tampered. Upon returning it to Noel Leeming, we have been told that all the parts inside has been replaced completely and they can’t do anything about it!!!!
I can’t believe that they are getting away with this by selling me a dummy box!

I have a pair of 6 month old Sony ear buds bought in the NL Queenstown store with the whole outer cover on one completely broken off (no idea how that happened).
Staff not interested in a refund or replacement as the other earbud is still technically "working", even though this is ILLEGAL UNDER THE CGA.
The staff member insinuated I did it and that because it cost $10 that it didnt matter.
I wasn t surprised as NZ is always pulling this crap with customers but couldn't believe that a straight replacement of a $10 (now $5) product was too much of a stretch.
You'd get lynched for this in the UK. Appalling company!

Here all salesperson are worst full Gujarati they don't even bother to ask or help if you walk into Showroom. They are least bothered about the sales ever I have seen.Five to six years back sales persons at the door to serve you. You can see the difference walk in Trade depot sales person is ready help you.Nowdays you can buy things online. I won't recommend Noel leeming right place to go to.

Bad customer service!!!
Bought a product online only 1 item was ready to be picked up (which I went to grab) 2 weeks later did not hear back about my other items went in and was accused of already picking it up but I had an invoice showing I only picked up 1 item how can I pick up the other items when it was currently not in stock. A Indian man went to grab it from the stock room and slammed it onto the counter.
Other time a Asian man was nice and trying to get me to buy a 2 grand worth tv to buy I said I will come back later to check my setup he’s whole vibe changed and gave me the cold shoulder

Worst customer service. bought a fridge started making horrible noise, replacement came 7 days later. got a tv started rebooting in a loop within a month of purchase. it's been almost a week still not repaired and just got told it's going to take another week for a part to come from overseas. Got a washer and a heater, sales rep forgot to add heater in the delivery docket with washer, heater promised on 6th of jul came this week !!!.... No accountability and worst customer service after sales. Never recommend anyone to go.

Agree with all of the one star reviews. I had awful customerservive earlier in the year and will never buy anything from them again. Buying a pressure cooker from Harvey Norman tomorrow. Did not even look at what Noel Leeming might have...not worth the ineptitude and time wasting.

Bought some headphones from Noel Leeming online. I used them for a couple of weeks for short periods, but having started work in an office, wearing them for extended periods they have begun to really hurt my ears.

The sound is good and they are not damaged, but the design of the headphones is causing me pain. There are many people like me on the internet who have had a similar experience.

I have explained this repeatedly to noel leeming, and they insist I have to bring the product into their store for an assessment. I do not live near a store, and I have repeatedly explained that there is nothing to assess, they are not damaged/broken. It is as if the customer service staff simply do not read the e-mails, and do not engage with the detail of what you're saying.

Stayed home waiting for delivery of a new Fridge/Freezer on the delivery day promised. When no one showed or contacted me I lost another 45 mins on the phone lines the following day, as no one answers the phone - it just rings endlessly (Store or Delivery depot). I eventually spoke to customer service, who told me the item couldn't be delivered as the invoice was outstanding (I pointed out I had paid a week prior via bank transfer as instructed by the sales staff). Was then told 'Oh we don't deliver to Warkworth'??? Have now been told I 'might' get delivery next week? Surprisingly, I now have zero confidence in this business and will not be giving them my business in the future. A pity as we made a point of buying local to support our local store.

Being a property manager, I manage properties from Houses, to Apartments and I couldn't think of the best trio to work with. I come from an appliance background so speaking with them about products, availability, and space to put things in has been an asset to the trade teams, the Owners, and tenants.
There is perfect communication from all of them, if one is away the other will pick up the request and see it through. The service from this team is number one, my go-to when I need products and they do put it right if there is an issue, for example when I needed three ovens installed and we found out that three houses had a low amperage to run the ovens so we couldn't use them, advised the team and new ovens that would work in this situation were ordered, ones that couldn't be installed were taken back with no issues, and all parties happy with the result.

Nobody ever answers the phone, tried 30x over last two days. Our problem was installation we paid for not done and old machine we paid to be removed not taken away, but whatever the issue, they are not picking up the phone so it's not happening.

I would like to express my thanks to Matt at Hornby store. I took my elderly mothers tablet in to try and sort out a tech issue and within 10 minutes he sorted it out. The tablet is my Mum's lifeline and keeps her mind active. She had no access to the app store and lost her beloved You Tube. Thank you Matt, you don't know what you have done. Ka pai.
