I am concerned because I still have not received the Callaway rouge shaft of which I ordered. I hope it arrives soon.

Ordered clubs almost 2 months ago, they have given tracking numbers that have been delivered to Sweden when I am in the UK. Not responding to emails. Even requested a refund and nothing. I would stay away from this company.

Express delivery still not arrived 4 days later and no correspondence to my emails and an inability to call? Happy to alter my review if someone would actually acknowledge my messages?! Shame you have to resort to a review to get attention

If lying to your customers is considered good then we'll done Nordicagolf. Shocking customer service with changing stories everytime I ask where my order is... its been posted. Sorry no its now being posted. Tracking reference provided shows 10 days later no trace of being ever sent.... worst customer service I have ever encountered. Openly telling their customers lies!!!!!

Fantastic golf clubs for 11year old lefty. Not easy to find.

Golf clubs were shipped quickly and have arrived in good quality and as expected
One issue is that shipping is longer than expected, expect any deliveries to the UK to take 10-14 days
Don’t think this is a nordica problem though, my clubs were stuck in Denmark customs for 5 days before coming to the Uk, annoying at first seeing no progress for that long but undertstood once it moves through and process once in UK was very quick.

ordered confirmed arrived ,fast and efficient

The shaft was as specified and fitted my club perfectly.
Delivery was not the 1 to 2 days as advised, but nearer the week although this included 3 days in transit. Happy with the shaft.

FAULTY GOOD ARRIVED. 2 WEEKS ON AND NO RESOLUTION OFFERED. NEVER AGAIN !

Ordered Item on 3-4 day delivery never arrived...order confirmed on the 6th April still no sign of it! Emailed these jokers 5 times tried to phone them but the number is dead. Avoid like the plague!!!

Item not received. Notrdica did not respond tomy email enquiring about despatch of item and when I could expect to receive it. Very poor customer service. Will now have to phone to try and obtain refund..

I am a customer who has been impacted by the challenges that the business has had around the new year and unfortunately the product didn't arrive. This. was a shame however I must stress that the teams communication were excellent throughout this process and when I requested refund it was back in my account within 48 hours. I will use NordicaGolf again based on this experience as I can only see the problem was the courier used in this instance.

Great pencil bag, excellent and prompt service. Can't ask anymore than that
