Please refrain from ordering with Nordica Golf. Ordered a full golf set 26th June 2021 for my sons birthday. It is now the 16th of July 2021. I haven’t received any communication from this retailer nor a tracking number re delivery details. Cannot speak to anybody as there is no one answering the telephones. Really truly disappointed. Taken the case up with PayPal.
Please take my advice and order from a UK based seller. This Company is based in Sweden, came to my attention when I tried telephoning them.

The UST Mamiya shafts for seniors were exactly what I expected and I was pleased with them. The fitting was straightforward. The delivery from Sweden was very quick and l could track the delivery the whole way. I would order from Nordic Golf again.

Effective service and very prompt

I ordered a replacement Ping shaft for my 5 wood. It arrived as promised and DHL kept me informed about delivery all the way. Played with it today just as good as before. Good service.

Shocking .
Got a refund straight away. No commitment on the order so I would swerve and just use a regular golf pro.
Asked for assurances that my order would be here within 7 days.
No answer.

Was a great buying experience.
New shaft was delivered within a few days.
I will certainly be using again soon.
I wish my golf was as good as this service.

The trolley is perfect. It's not the colour I wanted and on speaking to customer service, it was take a different colour or get your money back. I think options could have been discussed. They weren't. I love my trolley although I've not used it yet, but please make the customer service experience much better

Purchased a replacement stiff shaft for my Taylormade Original One Mini Driver. Shaft arrived and not the correct length to match the mini driver specs. Pictures and measurements sent as requested. Was then asked to get it shortened myself and I'd be sent a new grip. I refused and have asked for my money back via refund. No response to emails following. Cowboy outfit

Service very good product unsure bought ping replacement shaft reg very wippy not stable to send back on there returns would cost 25% cost of product so again by cheap get cheap and if not to your liking to return not worth it. So will shop uk with better returns policy

Ordered a item over a week ago made contact through email still no response meant to be delivered in 2 days

No update on delivery of either orders. Only automated emails.... and the delivery time has elapsed for both products purchased

Golf clubs turned up 5 days late. Customer service replied to my email 2 days after sending and washed their hands of it.
Usual ‘ covid is delaying everything’ excuses which are wearing line these days. Even a set of cheap golf balls sent to show the appreciation as a customer isn’t offered. Won’t use again pure because of the lack of empathy and I’m clearly just another number and not a customer

They need to improve their delivery & customer service. The product was late to ship, I was only advised after I emailed to find out why it hadn't shipped. Delivery to France then took 2 weeks, not the 3-5 days they advertise. Late or non shipment seem a regular event judging by the comments on here. The product did eventually arrive and is fine, but I'm not sure I'll be using them again, other suppliers are available without the hassle.

it was two days after my purchase was ready to be shipped before the courier collected it

I had to wait 23 days from the day I ordered to when I received my clubs, coming from Sweden I suppose is ok. Communication is nonexistent,each week I sent an email only to be told "sorry but we've been hit by Covid, we didn't have the clubs in stock to we've got the clubs now and we will email you when we are sending them. I only knew I was getting the clubs when I received an email from DHL. The quality of the clubs are very good and they were to my specifications. Overall the clubs are very good, communication very poor.

Bit of a delay on the order for my shaft, but I contacted them and they replied within 24hr. They said that the midsize grips were on backlog and whether they could use a normal grip with extra tape. I said yes and it was shipped within 2 days, so overall good service.

Nordica golf have always been a very trustworthy company great communication and good products very satisfied

Great service order came a day early. Very happy with the item bought. Will recommend to my golfing buddies. 😁👍
