Very disappointed with my experience.
Before travelling, I called the garage with several questions about a vehicle they had advertised. 
All my questions were answered, so I arranged a viewing and drove from Wales as I was genuinely interested in purchasing the car and was a cash buyer.

When I arrived, the car was not ready to be viewed. 
There was no customer service, 
nobody available to discuss the vehicle properly, and the car's battery was flat. The staff member did not know how to charge or start it and simply walked away.

The car itself appeared to be exactly what I was looking for, but the overall experience was a deal breaker. 
There was no welcome, no smile, no interest in helping, and no effort made to answer further questions or assist with the viewing.
After travelling a considerable distance and spending time and money to view the vehicle, I expected a far more professional and customer-focused experience
I left feeling that I was treated differently from other customers who were being served while I was there. Whether this was intentional or not, it left me feeling unwelcome and, at the time, I felt discriminated against. I cannot say for certain why this was, but it certainly contributed to my decision not to do business with the garage

Having found a very tidy Audi A5 cabriolet on North West Autos' website, I paid the £200 deposit, and a couple of weeks later made the train journey up to Blackburn to collect the car.
All was well, the car had had a new timing-chain tensioner fitted, along with new spark plugs and oil, and it drove beautifully. All was good, up until the point at which the advertised service history could not be found anywhere, either at the dealership itself or anywhere in the car.
Since the purchase in September 2025, I have been in contact with Paige in After Sales, and she has been tremendous in keeping in contact regarding the missing paperwork, assuring me that as soon as it turned up, it would be sent to me along with the spare key for the car. I tookk them at their word, as the whole place appeared so genuine.
Today after several months of 'phone calls, Paige has called to let me know that the paperwork and the key have been uncovered in the workshop and that they have been posted to me, as promised on the day of purchase last year.
All credit to the team, and in particular to Paige, for her continued reassurances and, ultimately, for coming up with the goods.

My stepson, who’s deaf, purchased a vehicle from Reece. He was treated with politeness, courtesy and respect. Reece was extremely helpful in the purchase of his car. The vehicle was presented immaculately. A few days after purchase, a couple of faults became apparent. A quick phone call to Reece and McCauley, and the vehicle was booked in for repair. Avoid this dealer at all cost.
The sales team will swear at you and the aftersales team will waste months of your time.

I identified a convertible roof fault (roof not opening) before purchase even when the car was advertised with the roof down and was misrepresented.
I was assured it would be repaired before collection. After waiting several weeks, I was told it was fixed on to collect the car to find the roof issue was still present.
I was given a verbal promise by the sales team that the issue will be repaired promptly and if not I will be given a courtesy car.

Upon returning the car and rejecting the sale, Reece from the sales team swore at me on the phone.
The aftersales team refused to give me a refund and took them two months to repair the roof fault that existed before it was sold to me and I had no access to my vehicle for the entire two months.

Be ready for delayed communication, conflicting information, and repeated promises without clear updates.

At one point I was told the car was ready for collection, only to later discover it was still at a third-party repairer.

The whole situation has caused significant inconvenience and stress.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealer and not trust any written or verbal promises.

Inspect thoroughly and buy at your own responsibility

**PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS**
I purchased a Jaguar E-Pace 2019 @ £9,900 from North West Autos Blackburn. I collected the vehicle on 14/05 @1700. We drove 0.4 miles to the petrol station to put in fuel and the EML come on the vehicle. Tried to call NWAs to discuss what we should do and drove back around to the garage for it to be closed. Between the MOT done by NWA the day before collection and the light coming on is a total of 7 miles.
Upon returning home and plugging in our own code reader it showed error code P0341. Camshaft position sensor; after googling this for the model the main issue related to this was the timing chain stretching. The garage persisted it was just the sensor without actually looking at the vehicle and deemed it safe enough for me to put my children in and still drive around, (I did not drive the vehicle upon returning home with it) asking me to drive it 2 hours back to them for a repair on their ‘say so’ that it is safe to drive. I could not settle with that so I paid £108 for a diagnostic from a jaguar specialist who explained the car needed a new timing chain, it also needed a new DPF as that has issues which upon inspection has been present for a while before the purchase (the garage must have cleared the EML to be able to pass the mot) as well as fuel within the oil and AdBlue removal which is also illegal to even drive the vehicle on the road never mind selling a vehicle. £5000 worth of issues and the garage even deemed the car unsafe to even drive.

I requested the company reimburse me for the £108 however their reply was they didn’t feel a need on me spending money to get the diagnosis done so would not reimburse. However I am entitled to through the (CRA 2015) after speaking with Citizens Advise.

Lucky I was within my 30 days so I am currently going through the rejection process. The company still wanted me to drive the dangerous vehicle back to them.

Please, please, please do not buy a vehicle from this company!!!!!

& it is true, all the other reviews about 6 months free warranty for a 5 star review, they even ask you to do this on site for proof before you even get chance to see if the car is faulty or not.
