Batteries are total rubbish ,don’t hold a charge and then when you contact then they treat you like a idiot , take the bungs out and caps off then it works 😂 do yourself a favor and go elsewhere 👍🏻

Bought a stop start battery for my kia ceed supposedly with a 5yr warranty and within one year kept going flat. Repeated charging with my agm battery charger only worked for around a month at a time. Being in the trade for 50 years I was able to check for ant "battery draw" which was less than 0.3 volts which is the normal module keep alive voltage so should not have been a problem. Had the battery independently checked at a kia dealership and showed replace battery so obviously a faulty battery not holding charge. I relayed this info to numberonebatteries on EBAY and surprise surprise he didn't want to know!
Looking at the other reviews (which I should have done before I bought it) it seems like this boy is selling cheap possibly fake batteries so stay clear!

I bought a battery with a 4 year warranty from these scammers, it’s lasted 18 months and they aren’t interested in honouring their warranty, they make excuses up and then totally ignore your emails.DONT BUY FROM THEM, they’re also advertising on eBay.

HORRIBLE BATTERY FAIILED AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF PURCHASING FROM THEM HAD TO CALL THE AA OUT TWICE IN A MONTH TO GET ME STARTED IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE AND WAS CHARGED £75 BY AA THE 2ND TIME TO USE THEM .

very poor warranty, i had to involve ebay to resolve it. sent me a faulty leaking battery but they told me it will be fine, after the battery wasnt holding its charge i contacted them and they tried offering me a small discount to keep a battery that didnt work. then said i had to pay to return it and also pay for it to be returned to me after testing. Luckily eBay came to the rescue and seller had to collect the item for a full refund.

I bought a battery from them through EBay,in April this year . It had , supposedly a 4 year warranty. Now November and the battery is dead, it won’t even accept a charge . Contacted this company, who put me through all the hoops to check I wasn’t lying. They then told me that as EBay’s return system is too hard they would give me a 30% “out of warranty “ discount on another battery.

Difficult to give no stars. It’s quite a good business model actually, they appear to make batteries that only last six months so that when you buy them on eBay it’s too late to give negative feedback. Mine failed after a few months and the instructions on the top of the battery said if the indicator is clear, the battery needs replacing. The indicator was clear and I sent them pictures and they said no it’s white! It was very clearly clear! Just avoid these people don’t get involved move on.

Mine was few years ago MAY 2021, i bought two leisure batteries, as all the others had, re customer service, and failing batteries, when i tried to get this sorted i got nothing, i even took them to court, they use different non existant names, to avoid complaints and the authorities, this shop has been reported so many times, and nothing is done, it makes you wonder whoe relative works were, i did look into what i had, they had sever companies in several cities and towns, all starting with Number 1 Matriesses, bed, carpets, car parts, so they know the game, i even handed a report to Luton Trading standards, nothing still done, avoid sooner they are gone the better, Ebay would not do anything either

I ordered 4 batteries for our van conversion in May. Time frame not 24 hr but ok. Blank brown boxes so we put them behind our sofa til we were ready to use them. When we got them out of their boxes we saw the small sticker. We removed the bungs and got a huge hissing noise . They were all convex and the glass windows had all blown out. Looking at the batteries we found the pics of a small car lg car and a pick up truck . Numerous emails to the company later stating the issues to be told they werent prepared to do anything to help because it was our fault not taking the bungs out . Reported to trading standards and watchdog and fb forums. Avoid at all costs. Not safe Couldve killed 4 people and a dog .

Bought a battery from 'numberonebatteries' last September. It failed after a couple of months and although I managed to contact them and send the battery back, at my expense, under he advertised warrantee, I have heard nothing since. I started a Small Claims Court case but the seller has claimed he never supplied me with a battery! It seems that the owner has changed the name of his company, it seems, several times to avoid reimbursements and honouring warrantees. Is anyone else having this problem? My next step is Trading Standards !!

This battery nearly set fire to my caravan called out gas provider due to gas smell ,on finding the cause we could not touch the battery, and was not being charged at the time ,I replaced the right hand side vent plug has I was having to tilt the battery to remove it from housing ,so they have then tried to blame it on myself , that I was so stupid has I had left the vent plugs in , keep away from them is my advice

Far from number one!! Battery has failed miserably after 2 months of use, on electric fence, not a vehicle So very little power draw. Patronising trying to tell me to charge it even after explaining the procedures I had already done (I work in the motor trade, so have an idea of what a faulty battery does) even though the battery has a 4 year warranty the best they will do is offer 30% off if I buy another????? Why would I want 2 faulty batteries. Tells me send it back, but of course I don’t have the transportation plugs and finding a courier that will ship a filled battery is impossible, but I’m sure they know that already. Save your money and hassle and buy from a reputable company.

I bought 4 x 130ah Helden batteries in July 23 and in May 24 started having problems with them. Last year I didn't know that one was leaking acid out of the top and since then the Glass has gone to clear meaning replace. To of the other batteries are also not charging and there is one battery with the green display in the little round window. I'm going to have to open up a warranty claim but I don't think I'll get anywhere as other people seem to say they do not want another warranty. I will also contact Helden who are the manufacturers of the battery. I bought these batteries as they were much bigger than the ones I used to have on the boat and I have perfect solar controllers and wind controllers keeping them at the right voltage. However the bad batteries bringing down the good one and I've got a real problem on my hands.

Absolutely disgusting experience with this company, wrong battery sent and 100% refusal to admit they sent the wrong battery despite photo evidence from myself, all communication was terminated by them after stating several times that it's the correct battery, avoid at all cost and save yourself money in the long run. I'm now out of pocket and have a battery thats of absolutely no use to me other than being an expensive ugly paperweight.

I bought a lesure battery in June 2023 with a 4 year warranty it is not working properly ie doesn't hold a charge I've contacted the company and they have offered me a replacement at 50% discount which I am not happy with. as far as I am concerned it should be replaced under warranty so please avoid this company

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE,130aph liesure battery,flat after an hour weather on caravan or not,wanted photos,then wanted reg nunber,told him leisure battery for caravan then says its start/stop system must be faulty,h said in one sentence he can see battery is discharged and opens next sentence with battery is showing fully charged,hasn't got a clue,other than being a RIP OFF MERCHANT,
