STAY AWAY! These batteries won’t hold charge after 2 years. The warranty is a lie. They ignored all messages

Battery failed to hold charge during the warranty period. Had to pay to send it back. They lied and said it was due to overcharging but failed to provide me with a copy of the test report to compare with the RAC one. Won’t now respond to me

all the adverts look identical so make your own minds up but I won't be touching them with a bargepole.

Bought battery through e Bay 4 Yr warranty after 2 years battery not holding charge despite numerous contacts no response do not use this company.

Bought a battery from them via their ebay shop for next day delivery, took the day off and nothing arrived

I then get an email saying id cancelled the order, which I hadn't, and asked for a refund which will be done within a week

Emailed them and they said they had no stock so refunded me

However they are still selling the same one on eBay for next day delivery

I can only assume that as id used a 20% off discount code they weren't happy with this and cancelled my order

Very poor customer service

Same problems as everyone else fully charged 900 amps 2 days later down to 600 amps 12.v had alternator checked fine .
But just loses charge after 3hrs stay clear I was lucky to get my money back as its my trade but did say its OK with 12v wrong new ones should be above 12.80 when your battrey is dying will drop to 12.25 or lower stay well away

Terrible company battery flat sent the wrong one to me. Ask for a refund. They keep saying it's my fault. This company needs to be shut down.

Batteries not working after 6 months contacted them and was told not covered by warranty because must have overcharged or left transplugs in high thick do they think people are just come to tresponder to find theycon 97% of people

Avoid this company like the plague. Should be called number one crooks. Selling phoney batteries with phoney warranties. I have reported them to trading standards and they are looking into them, i have saved the phoney battery in case they want to dispute my accusations,the only way they are getting away with it is with constant business name changes

These clowns are selling a replacement battery for Toyota Prius (HJ-S34B20L-A Yuasa Equivilent Auxiliary Car Battery 12V 35Ah 45ah Prius Hybrid). The battery has no ventilation hole for the vent tube on the prius and this means battery may exhaust gases directly into cabin of car. Hundred have been sold, god knows how many ubers are using this!!

0 starts . These are Scammers beware. Sell batteries with 4 year warranty, battery is poor quality and fails in less than 1 year. They try to sell you another battery to make more money and refuse warranty. By then it’s too late for eBay to step in. Solicitor going down claims route and will make it my mission to get you shut down. EBay needs to shut these down the amount of bad reviews is a joke but eBay’s making money so they don’t! Disgusting people trading on lies. They Don’t claim this page but have their email contact to know when reviews made absolute thieves. AVOID. Claim to support NHS but ripping these customers off. Don’t be tempted buy from real supplier not these Rip off Britain stars.

bought a 55 pound battery with 4 years warranty,went flat ,emailed them and they said charge it,charged it still no good.sent it back and they said there is nothing wrong with it,that was a month ago and still no contact and wont answer phone calls or emails.got to go to trading standards now.real rip off

I know I’m 1 of MANY who have been scammed by this company. Purchased a battery from them last March & began using it in my campervan build. However knew straight away there was a problem. Doesn’t hold charge, there’s so many wrongs with it so I contacted the seller who tried a few things to try and seems to me as soon as they knew it was damaged they have cut all contact with me. I will be contacting trading standards as they are very clearly ripping people off.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not honour there warranty. Asked me to return the faulty battery at my expense then had no communication from them after many ebay messages from me and I know they received the returned battery. Absolute rip off seller.

AVOID!! battery failed well within the warranty time stated. Sent battery back to them as they requested (at my expense) but since it has been delivered back to them in the beginning of Jan they have cut all contact. I have phoned eBay and said about there bad review on trust pilot, they are opening an investigation. If anyone else reads this and has the same experience please contact eBay

Bought car battery with delivery next day. Came eight days latter. Box twice as big as battery with very little packaging. Due to this, there was a hair line crack and acid seeping. They organised its return and offered a new one or money back. Since then they have used every excuse not to pay and as there's no tracking for me are scamming the customer. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, SCAMMERS

Purchased 16 batteries for minor off grid setup. 11 have failed well within the "warranty" but the seller simply won't communicate. Having seen all these reviews I'm questioning ebay who said that they couldn't help me but would make sure this didn't happen to anyone else. Seems like it's happened a lot!

Abysmal service. Battery ad states 4 year guarantee. Try messaging or phoning. No answer no reply. Save money in the long run and buy a proper battery from a reputable supplier. Not a Mickley mouse one.
