I ordered and received 2x leisure batteries with a 4 year warranty, through ebay. Within a year, both batteries failed to hold charge, so I had them professionally tested. Both were found to be faulty, one down to 50%, the other, 80%.
I wrote to the supplier and was told to return the batteries, so they could do their own testing. I did this at a cost of £30 but it appears that even though they were signed for, they can't locate them.
As this has been going on since November and their communication is poor at best, I will now seek recompense through Small Claims.
They appear to be con men, who over promise but under deliver, in all departments. AVOID!

Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars which is what this guy deserves. Bought through ebay who also don't want to know, presumably because they make good commission out of all his dud batteries, allegedly 4 yr guarantee with manufacturer, no manufacturers name on battery, conveniently. Supposedly sold us a leisure battery which a solar and batteries expert told us was not a leisure battery at all but a vehicle battery. We had to switch the fridge off and on from the beginning after 2/3 hours use despite being powered by our solar panel and vehicle battery on split charge as power dropping, but, initially manageable as long as we kept eye on display and as never had leisure battery before thought maybe normal? Over the year of use, it came down to a few minutes of fridge use before having to turn off. Was never fit for purpose, supposed to run lights, charge phones, run 12v TV, no chance. He doesn't reply to phone or email, del.bains aol.co.uk, might as well be Del Boy. Ebay suggest Trading Standards or Small Claims, pretty sure there'd be a queue. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER.

Battery has failed and will discharge within a day in my touring van using only min lighting and Aldi Heating.
Tried ringing vendor (6thJan23) but phone just cut off!
Reading the reviews is a real eye opener and will not spend any more time on this.
Will refer back to EBay for further review,,,,,not holding my breath though!!!!!

If I could put no stars I would, supposed to have 4 year warranty what a joke, they do not respond when asked about returning item, ebay should not allow them to trade big disappointment I will look at ebay in a different light so hard to contact them regarding this problem they take there money but they should be monitoring them, buyer beware beware beware will never buy battery's from ebay again,.we will order less off ebay on ebay they have 98.3% positive feed back this cannot be true after reading your reviews,

Be careful when attempting to buy battery from this company. They sell faulty batteries. I bought battery for my son’s car, the day he used it, the battery died on him, AA had to toll him back home due to the battery being faulty. Despite showing this company AA’s report they refused to acknowledge that they had sold me faulty battery, avoid them at all costs

Battery just 2 years old, came with 4 year warranty, had it tested, told replace, seller appears not interested, beware seller

Bought a type 096 battery back in June and it failed to charge or start car in November. They attempted to suggest it was the car's fault and then my fault. I am an electrical engineer! After I rebutted their claims they refused to honour warranty or to even communicate. Avoid this company at all costs. Their batteries are rubbish, service awful and warranties worthless.

Bought a type 096 battery back in march. It’s worked without issue for 8months then all of a sudden the vehicle cut out and failed to restart. After a couple days investigation we fitted another battery and it worked fine. Contacted them for warranty and received poor customer service and told warranty is invalid. These people didn’t ask questions just made assumptions. The response I received was cocky and arrogant. I would advise you to avoid these clowns at all costs

If I could give no stars I would! Oh dear, the reviews I read are true, please for the luv of god & your own sanity avoid these sellers! I purchased an agm (superior gel longer lasting cells, so more expensive!) leisure battery from them via ebay, I received a bog standard lead acid one, I took a screenshot of the description which of cause included agm type battery. When I messaged the seller they edited the listing so it read deep cycle lead acid! I told them that because of their poor feedback I took a screenshot, they immediately changed their mind & said you can return it for a refund or take a goodwill payment, I don't want this battery so I said return it please, they said use the label on the box to return it, this label is used & can't be used for a return! These messages are daily so this is dragging on & on & on, still waiting for a Qr code to send it back via Yodel. Today I've had enough of being messed about & am now letting eBay deal with them, hopefully they'll also stop them using ebay, we can dream! SO PLEASE PEOPLE AVOID THEM For your own sanity! Still ongoing!

Bought car battery a 096 in March 2022, was constantly going flat, re charging, lasted couple days then flat again, never had a battery as bad as this.
Numerous waste if time correspondence with the retailer total waste of time. Drove the faulty battery back to the shop in Luton, staff all looked very on edge was told to leave the battery for ‘testing’. A week later the test results conclude that I have charged up the battery too much and surprise surprise it’s not covered by the warranty, how surprising, appalling service and have now contacted Trading Standards.

Got a faulty battery of these people they would not give me a refund and said it’s nothing to do with them stay well away from these people their trading on eBay as well quick to take your money but to refund you or replace.

This company is a complete joke and waste of fresh air purchased a battery from eBay arrived late so returned took seller 2 days to send returns label only to find out that he had refused to accept delivery of it so fighting to get money back he doesn't reply to messages tells lies please Google shop before you purchase from this untrustworthy seller as he has ccj in shop name all he will do is take your money and send you defective items and not return any money to you at please avoid this seller at all costs you have been warned please don't fall in to it like many others have done previously

They are putting 120ah labels on 80ah car batteries and selling as 120ah leisure batteries
I ordered 4 3 came with very false homemade looking labels saying 120ah
However one had the original label on saying 80ah
They are all the same size and same battery..
I Don't know how they are getting away with this I reported to ebay and PayPal and lost the case???
The evidence is here what they are doing and still they continue to trade faulty batteries to the uk

The same experience as everybody else, they dont respond to emails for guarantee claim, go elsewhere guys, pay a bit more, this company are a bunch of cowboys, selling duff batteries that dont last.
We live and learn.

Worst online seller I’ve ever used ,sent my battery out which was marked as delivered but wasn’t at my property and been having a battle this the company for weeks ,they dont answer messages for days at a time and won’t answer the phone and just send a random message saying it’s been delivered ,I filled a claims form they sent and they still said it’s been delivered !!!
It’s clearly either been stolen from my garden or not even left in the first place !!
There’s no way we have this and I’m down 75 quid and they won’t even address the issue ,avoid at all costs as they unprofessional and have basically ripped me off !!

Much the same as other reviews here, bought a battery this year and it's gone bad. Tested it, sent emails and messages with the results, no response. Buy cheap, buy twice. Avoid company as won't even comment on the one year guarantee let alone four year.

Bought a battery in June and dead now. Company ignore you. Disgrace ebay is still allowing this company to trade.

I cannot understand why Ebay is allowing this company to trade on there site, Bought a Battery in July for my van.. no charge at all now, Everybody just be aware do not buy from these.
