Tried to contact this company, NOT ANSWERING PHONE, NOT ANSWERING EMAILS
Battery been on caravan & used caravan one weekend (with motor mover)
Motor mover stopped working due to no power in battery.
JOKE is we were on plug in electric while away, so not even using the battery.

Put the battery on charge 3 weeks ago and charged up to 12.8V
Its been sat on the side in the kitchen after charging and i came to put it on caravan this morning due to using caravan this weekend and it only hold 11.8V (useless)

ITS LOST from 12.8 down to 11.8 in 2 weeks sat on the side doing nothing???
This battery is not holding charge and not fit to be on a caravan as it won't even work the motor mover.
USELESS BATTERY, 4 YEARS GUARANTEE JOKE!!!

Someone really needs to do something about this company. They are selling batteries that have 4/5 year guarantee that fail after a yera. No responses and I understand that they just fold the company, start again and EBAY let them do it!!

Taught me to check ALL reviews before purchase. Positive feedbacks given after a week for something that is supposed to last for years is waste of time.

ordered battery a week ago, still not arrived and ignoring my messages. I've a mini digger stuck on the moors and losing money. I've had to spend more money to buy a battery today, so wasted £100's.

Having bought a car battery that failed within 6 months I contacted the company. They responded by asking for photos which I supplied. They claimed not to have received them no matter what email I used. I contacted eBay who said they were aware of problems with company but only agreed to monitor it.
I implore you don’t deal with this company they are totally unscrupulous and you will LOSE YOUR MONEY,

Topping up my earlier review on this rogue 'company' albeit dissolved by Companies House.
Ebay are party to this fraudster as they will not entertain any claim over 3 months from purchase.
Paypal will not entertain any claim over 190 days from purchase.
LLoyds credit card will not entertain any claim under £100.01. (Battery cost £90)
All three are playing into the hands of this rogue cowboy selling batteries purporting to be Deep Cycle with a 4 year guarantee both statements are fraudulent and the batteries and guarantee useless.
Only recourse now is Trading Standards which will also be a waste of time and issuing a County Court Summons which presumably will necessitate putting the bailiffs on to Daljinder Sing Bains!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Battery didn't arrive. Fourteen (14) refund requests over 2 MONTHS via Ebay, direct email and text (posted phone number never answers) IGNORED. Yodel confirmed had paid company claim for misdelivery. Paypal clawed back my money for me. THIS COMPANY IS ROGUE - AVOID

This companysells on ebay and sends nothing after comming up with a rubbish reason for not posting to Northern Ireland.

I bought a battery from this company on eBay. It was listed as a 'Heavy duty, deep cycle 125ah leisure battery'. When it arrived, I couldn't beleive how light it seemed, so I weighed it and it tipped the scales at 17kg, which is just 1kg more than another 38ah battery I have. the 120ah battery is was supposed to be replacing weighed 31kg, indicating that this 'Probat' had around half the mass of lead plates it should have.
They accepted a return via eBay without question, which suggests these batteries are not as described. I asked the HM.Gov authority whether there was any specific legislation about lead acid battery certification or labelling and it appears to be a very loosely controlled industry. Suffice to say that Numberonebatteries have been getting away with misleading people about the specification of their recycled batteries for years.
Contact Trading Standards if you have been duped!

These are not leisure batteries, they are not the capacity advertised and they are not deep cycle. If you are using them in a caravan that is only used in hook up, they will probably be fine, they will not hold up for off grid use.
Poor communication from seller, I had to go through PayPal resolution centre to get my money back as seller was using delay tactics on sorting returns.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before making a purchase, I bought a battery in January on eBay, and it has died. I was accused of not treating it property (overcharging and the battery fluid leaking), none of which happened - but he was just finding excuses not to honour the warranty. Reported to eBay, Trading Standards is next!

I was very worried reading these and Google's reviews after buying my battery through eBay. My battery was defect because when cranking fell below 8v. I had a video on YouTube sent the link via eBay and they sent me a paid return postage label. Three days later got my money back from them. Every now and then you get bad batteries especially when selling this many. Not sure why other people had problems. Maybe because battery was flat? Not defect. I do I understand that people only generally write bad reviews as I'm the same, 75% of the time. Being I have a business I understand it hurts, even though I have had only one outrageous one, which I was prepared/hoping to go to court for. Never happened 😢my only complaint bit slow on answering, I guess very busy. I bought also a leisure battery three years ago worked well until I let it run flat for way tooooo long a year lol. eBay "ydyggaj"
Why do you think Halfords only give you one year or two for leisure battery cause they don't last. I was just well if they give it four years I will be happy if I get two lol

aviod buying from this company at all costs !!!!!!

So i bought eight batteries to power my solar. within a year four had failed. the seller wont honour the warranty. Also they sent me one mismatched hancock battery and said i got it somewhere else. the battery does not match the others in spec and cannot be used in the system, meaning i have been defrauded and ripped off. Please someone stop them.

One star is too good - absolute conman - Dal Singh / bains.... is a regular on companies house - likes to start up.. trade for a while then close down - current business he's trading under is a real estate company apparently... but they sell car batteries... (sounds very legit !) Terrible customer service - do not care one bit once they have your money and happy to take your money and then not send you anything.. fake tracking info supplied to customer / ebay so they get away with notgiving refunds for stolen 'lost' goods... thieves and con artists... nothing more

This company is a complete con! The batteries are terrible and when you try and contact them they ask for photographs of the installation and then disappear. I bought through eBay and eBay really shouldn't encourage people like this or provide a the platform to trade for total Conman - it seems eBay don't care as long as they get their commission and they won't fight your corner or get involved with warranties and guarantees I think they are to blame also and I will never use them. Number one car batteries dissolved the company in February on companies house so should be trading in this name. The emails bounce back, the mobile is never answered they shouldn't even be trading saying they're number one batteries or trading. They should be reported everywhere as they are disgusting low lives with no morals, principles and do not behave ethically. Stay well clear report them to trading standards advertising authorities (ASA) ,HMRC, the tax man everybody, they deserve it!

I purchased a battery for my jag as the old one was getting slower at cranking.. This was mid November.. The new battery over the past couple of months has been going flat and required taking out of the the car and re charged... I messaged this company today and they said(bearing in mind I'd already explained the above) looking at the photos they insisted I sent them that the battery was flat and to recharge it...Whilst recharging I successfully use my old battery without issue which proves the alternator is charging fine and also, as its 15 years old(and I am 60) that I clearly know how to look after a battery.. They added that they could take it back and test it but it would not be covered by the guarantee if they could not recover it, ie if it doesn't hold its charge which is of course the fault.. Their guarantee is a sham.. I will, on point of principle, be taking legal action if they fail to replace or refund... They clearly think that UK distance selling law doesn't apply to them.. They are about to find out the hard way that it does.. Think carefully before buying a battery from them because if it is faulty their guarantee won't cover it 🙄

Ordered off ebay before 5pm deadline for next day delivery. 3 days on and stil no battery so I messaged them (as no one ever seems to answer the phone). They advised out of stock but had made no effort to contact me. Assumed I'd be happy to wait their estimated 1-2 weeks to deliver. Order cancelled but now have no means of collecting my friend from the airport tomorrow other than hiring a car.

That said, reading the poor reviews of the batteries, maybe I got off lightly

Battery bought with 4 years warranty, faulty battery that won't hold charge and no response from company. Avoid buying from this seller, waste of money. Number one in crap batteries, thumbs 👍
