Do not repeat do not purchase batteries from this company. I did I purchased 2 130ah leisure batteries only to find they won't charge above 12.6v and when off grid in my motorhome with only a tv and 1 light on batteries drop quickly down to 12v. I am using less than 2amps per hr so with basic maths the batteries should last alot longer than 6hrs. Please people stay well clear.

PREVIOUSLY traded as No 1 Batteries now out of business DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FRAUDSTER/EXCUSE MAKER he offers worthless guarantees and more stories than Enid Blyton blames customer for his rubbish products. He performs his warranty checks by telepathy and can tell what the fault is and funnily enough the cause of fault is ALWAYS the CUSTOMER with a string of bizarre reasons.

NO.1 Batteries was dissolved in FEB 2022. He now trades on eBay using yet another name INFINITY Batteries at the same address.

battery did not last six months, returned battery at my cost and then got no replies at all, had to contact trade and standards, DO NOT USE IS MY OPINION.

They promised next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. I ordered before noon. They took the money but didn't deliver or respond to Emails.

Bought a 12v battery from this seller through ebay last September 2021 but it will not Charge and today he asked me for pictures of the battery I bought 2 off him one in September and the second 30th October 2021 and he wanted number reg of my cars abd pictures of the batteries now its gone quiet so I am going to to use the small claims court as the warranty on this battery was listed as 4 years how can I loose got all the screen prints and receipts so here goes

I bought two deep cycle 13Ah 12V leisure batteries which arrived within a few weeks. The next two I ordered and paid for have never been delivered. They will not respond to any of my messages since... Over €200 paid and nothing to show for it.

Yet another dissatisfied customer. Similar story to other purchasers. Order two leisure batteries, delivered one. Second supplied after feedback. Four year guarantee, ad states suitable for solar use but u/s after just SIX MONTHS. Initial response was to blame overcharged batteries but totally new system so only ever solar charged. Now will not respond to messages at all. Cannot recommend product nor customer aftercare. Beware.

I concur with the other people on this review site, I purchased a battery from them via eBay which was verified by them as being correct for my car, Died in just over a year, tried to claim online via eBay with poor response and a flat refusal, they are crooks selling defective products, contacting eBay is a waste of time as they do sweet nothing.

1st battery ordered Nov. 20 failed Dec 21. Warranty surpassingly 4 years - actual, Nil. Replacement ordered 19th Dec. 21. Company Ad says next day delivery with 4yr warranty, means nothing, just lies. Arrived a week later. Car Reg. No. and details provided at the time of order. Ignored and wrong Battery sent. Replacement ordered with 5 yr warranty and next day delivery on 26th Dec. arrived 31st Dec.21. Judge for yourselves.

Bought battery via ebay in March 2021, the battery just died, the AA came out and identified that the battery was not holding charge and needed replacing, tried to call no answer, emailed no response, they also put the nhs logo on items, however this company doesn't really care about their customers

Terrible product, product not fit for purpose and hiding behind 2 small plastic grommets (for transit) invalidating warranty nothing to do with the performance. Steer well clear of these cowboys battery only latest 6 month.

dont honour the 4year warranty they advertise.my battery lasted a year.sent them messages and phoned.completly ignored me.

Bought a battery with 4 year warranty it died on me 2 years, contacted seller 3 times via ebay where I bought it and was totally ignored.

I have purchased a car battery from them, I used ebay to purchase it, and I called them to verify the battery was compatible with my vehicle, The battery has failed on numerous occasions.
I have messaged them and whats app'd them, they are a shower of charlatans, I have sent in pictures, videos of the faulty battery, and now they are insisting that I pay for their return postage for their faulty goods which come under the distance selling regulations as the item is faulty and they are liable for the return postage.
Avoid this company like the plague, google their name and you will find you tube videos of their dodgy batteries, numerous bad reviews, I only have just found these out myself, and have resorted to giving this honest and damming review of them.
The battery has a max voltage of 9.6 volts when under no load, it is completely not fit for purpose, and must be taken in for a refund

Bought two 130ah deepcycle batteries from them on ebay, within 2 months they lost charge, tested them with my foxwell pro tested and showed "replace battery". Contacted and got one excuse after another, told to return them my own expense for them to decide if l was due a replacement? I have supplied my test results in photo's of my tester on the batteries only to be ingnored at this point l gave up! Don't make my mistake avoid like covid ( see there adds to get this comment) they have a very robust no re fund policy so be warned!!
