All was 5 star apart from payment
All was 5 star apart from payment - on the name & address screen, every time you move the mouse down an 'Order Summery' appears over the form you are trying to fill in! Ended up having to fill it in one line at a time showing between the page heading and the 'Summery'. Then filling in card details, which you do, and then in a later form you have to do it all over gain. Both times I've ordered, this has happened, there won't be a third unless it is fixed.

Regarding the ‘Order Summary’ overlaying the actual form, it happens when yo areusing you destop and the website is zoom in 250% or more.

The product is great
The product is great, BUT I was given a delivery slot of 16.01 and 17.01 and made sure that someone was here all the time. The driver finally arrived at 6.35 by which time I had had to rearrange my evening so as to be here when he arrived. I know that it was the middle of the rush hour, but a phone call to say that he would be late would have been a good thing.............

Very kind company to deal with. Order was placed over the phone and the person I spoke with was very helpful. Delivery is also quick. As an organisation, we don't order from them often as we get enough products to last us for many months, but every time we do order, we always receive great service.
