We ordered 5 pcs of Lorenzos oil 13.12…
We ordered 5 pcs of Lorenzos oil 13.12 And firstly we got 2 pcs in the one package. We have been waiting for a long time for delivery of the 3 pcs left. But it turned out that this 3 pcs was delivered to the other adress of our neighbours. We found it 27.12. This is very important to get our parcels in time and by one box. Please pay attention on that.

Used Nutri Drinks for our young people…
Used Nutri Drinks for our young people who have Arfid - these have literally been a life saver in times of food restrictions. The company has all the flavours we need and ordering is quick and easy. Delivery is always within 48 hours which is excellent. The product is rather pricey but when kids are unable to eat solid foods, these are excellent.

They had what I needed in stock, and when something wasn't available they phoned me up to find an appropriate alternative. I also had to return something from a previous purchase and when I called for assistance they were very helpful and I got my refund promptly. I was really impressed with their customer service (impressed enough to make a review, which I rarely do!), as well as fast delivery

Delivery dates unrealistic but communicated well
You sadly didn’t have the fresubin 2 drinks that we really needed but you did communicate very well with us and refunded appropriately. The puds are going down well with mum though: )
