After several weeks of research into composite decking, I decided to buy my boards from NW Composite. There were a number of reasons for this: 1. They offer genuine value for money. They were among the cheapest of the ten companies I researched. 2. Their composite decking boards are quality. I decided to buy black woodgrain effect boards and they are beautiful. 3. Their website is very clear and easy to navigate. 4. They offer free fixings which prevents you from miscalculating how many you need. They do it for you! 5.Quick, friendly communication, which is quite rare these days. 6. Efficient, helpful, cheap and timely delivery. A+ customer service. Errol.

What a great company NW Composite Decking are. I've ordered Composite decking and acoustic panels from NW Composite Decking and I'm in west coast of Scotland. Both products are of great quality and very good value for your money. Customer service is probably the best around. Nothing ever any trouble and the product knowledge is brilliant. Free delivery service is another bonus.
Will use again 100%

A brilliant company. Throughout the entire process, the service was excellent, and the overall purchasing experience exceeded my expectations. The company provided prompt responses to all my enquiries. The delivery driver was extremely helpful, professional, and ensured everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The composite decking boards I ordered were of good quality and offered at a very reasonable price. Delivery was on time. I am completely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend the company to others.

NW Composite Decking
Subject: Heartfelt Thank You for the Outstanding Service and Timely Delivery!

Dear NW Composite Decking Team,

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible service and impeccable efficiency your team provided this week.

To give you some background, I was left in a desperate situation by an irresponsible Amazon seller called "Tuda Grass." After stringing me along with lies about delivery dates for over a week, they maliciously cancelled my order at the very last minute on Friday 15th May. This left me stranded with booked contractors and expensive rented machinery waiting on-site with zero materials.

In a panic, I placed an emergency order with your company on Friday afternoon (15th May). You promised delivery by the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Not only did you keep your word, but I also received a clear notification on Monday, and your driver successfully delivered the decking boards at around 5 PM on Tuesday!

Your promptness, reliability, and excellent communication literally saved my project. By delivering exactly when you promised, you helped me minimize the ongoing extension fees for the equipment rental and prevented further heavy financial losses from contractor delay costs caused by Tuda Grass's unethical behavior.

The quality of the composite decking boards is fantastic, and the included fixings are greatly appreciated. You have earned a customer for life, and I will be recommending NW Composite Decking to all my neighbors, friends, and family.

Thank you once again to everyone involved in processing and delivering my order so quickly. You are a shining example of how a professional British business should be run!

Warmest regards,

Great and helpful customer service, great price and fast delivery! I wish more companies were like this!

Purchased a large quantity composite decking boards. Purchasing was a simple and straightforward process.
Email response to my queries were timely and informative. The delivery courier was efficient and cheerful.
As a bonus, the delivery cost and all the fixings were included in the cost of the boards which was very reasonable.

Delighted with this company. Helpful over the phone and an excellent delivery service. Very happy. Rapid delivery to OX18 1DX

Has been no hassle at all with my orders. Was waiting on drift wood deck boards coming into stock and decided at later stage to order trims to go with the boards. A quick call to N.W composite to put both orders together which they where more than happy to do. Boards look of a very good quality. Would recommend N.W composite .

I made a very small order of only 6 decking boards. The low price and the fact that such a small order came with free fixings and delivery was excellent. They arrived perfectly delivered in 2 days despite advertising 3-5 days! The product quality is great and I am one very happy new customer. Would definitely recommend.
