Almost perfect . . . .
We enjoy the security of knowing we will have regular oil deliveries, and can spread the cost. However, recently the Fox Mobile app has been a little erratic at times!

The price was competitive and delivery excellent.
The price was competitive and a mistake in ordering meant that the driver was with us much longer. He was most patient and in the end the error on my part was rectified most satisfactorily.

Almost 5-stars…
I would have given 5-stars because overall NWF are not a bad company but on two occasions our oil was not delivered on the date specified by them & also we had a final demand for payment owing to the fact we had never received there invoice.
